Best gym clothing hats affordable and isn't from Sports Direct?

The title says it all. I'm a size 16 and need gym clothes that are reasonably priced and high on the waist some my ample arse doesn't fall out when I squat.

Every thread just says Sports Direct but seeing as though I hate everything about the company and Mike Ashley so won't be spending a penny there.

What are the supermarket ranges like? Or are there any other places to look at?

Decathlon? I find their own brand stuff to be really good.

ForSaleChesterDraws · 12/02/2017 13:06

Title should say that's not hats. Hats is just weird.

I came on to say Decathlon too Smile

UnicornMadeOfPinkGlitter · 12/02/2017 13:07

Sainsbury's. It comes up big though. But I have a few pairs of leggings and quite a few t shirts and they wash and dry really well.

Chickennuggetfeeder · 12/02/2017 13:08

I got a really nice pair of leggings from apricot that stay up ect (also a 16) i also got some good stuff from asda but that was a year ago so not sure if they still make it.

randomsabreuse · 12/02/2017 13:10

Aldi when it comes in. Some stuff in TKMaxx. Go outdoors not bad either.

Unescorted · 12/02/2017 13:11

Another one for Decathlon.

AlwaysHangry · 12/02/2017 13:11

I second asda nearly all my stuff is from there and next do a few nice pieces.

cauliwobbles · 12/02/2017 13:14

Reebok have an outlet but in their site. Really good quality stuff at reasonable prices.

ForSaleChesterDraws · 12/02/2017 13:39

Thank you! I'm going to pop into Sainsbury's and Asda and check them out!

Asda. I have a sizeable arse and their gym leggings are good.

Rumtopf · 12/02/2017 13:47

I just got some nice stuff from the Next online sale page. The long length gym leggings fit well and are high on the waist so I don't have to keep fidgeting them up on the treadmill or after I use equipment or squat.

AuntieStella · 12/02/2017 14:40

I've had some really good stuff from TKMaxx.

There's a lot in Primark at the moment, but I didn't like the fabric. You might, though.

gladyoucame · 12/02/2017 16:00

Tu from Sainsburys, TK Maxx or H&M

Hopefully · 12/02/2017 16:07

H&M is great for sportswear.

OliviaBonas · 12/02/2017 16:09

Sainsbury's (buy a 14) and TKMAXX

simmonsbythesea · 12/02/2017 16:39

Gap - but only with at least 30% discount...not too hard if you sign up to their mailing, they do one every couple of weeks. They do a high waisted legging which might suit..

VeryPunny · 12/02/2017 16:41

I have some stuff from Tesco which is ace

lindsey077 · 12/02/2017 16:44

I have quite a lot of sportswear from different brands and my favourite at the lower end of the price scale is H&M by far, soft leggings/cycle shorts that are high waisted enough to stay where they're supposed to, I have adidas a and Nike stuff that doesn't perform as well.
I also love the ivy park range at top shop for a bit more ££.
Decathlon stuff is so, so cheap and very good for the money but I find it very thin, although I have a brilliant sports bra from there that cost me less than a fiver!

KanyesVest · 12/02/2017 16:45

Tesco, lidl and aldi are all good I find.

Creatureofthenight · 12/02/2017 16:50

I've just bought some size 16 gym leggings from Primark. Comfiest I have ever owned and only £7.

Cyclingandriding2016 · 12/02/2017 16:52

I also refuse to shop at SD.

I get 90% of my gym kit from TK Maxx with bits from Decathlon

HelloCanYouHearMe · 12/02/2017 19:29

I have leggings from Tesco (come up small) and M & S (very roomy)

LilyLoLo · 12/02/2017 20:33

I was also going to say h&m!

SherlockPotter · 12/02/2017 20:35

Primark
