Hairdresser disaster! Help please

I had my hair highlighted yesterday and it's terrible. I usually colour my own roots, have done for several years, then have foils every few months
I use wells koleston blonde 12/11
The person who did my hair is on maternity leave so I tried a mobile hairdresser, she cut my hair a couple of weeks ago and its nice so I thought I'd get her to colour it, bad move.
I'd normally have foils in a lighter blonde/ bleach and a dark blonde
She suggested just having bleach and having it more ash as it's quite warm. Sounded ok but I've ended up with yellow roots about a good two inches then really light, the top is really bad doesn't even look highlighted
She used foils but the top and sides were done with what looked like a spatula with a comb at the end. She seemed a bit panicky by the time the top was being done and I think the bleach h can't have been in my hair more than five minutes
When she'd finished and she showed me I didn't realise how bad it was because I was sat with the light behind me so although it wasn't what I was expecting it didn't seem that bad but seeing it in daylight it's horrible

I really don't trust her to sort it out now. What can I do? Could I use the 12/11 on the roots to lighten them? I've washed it in silver shampoo but it made no difference
Ive also got a dark blonde colour 6/0 is that any use for anything, don't normally use it but it was sent by mistake
I've got my hair in a ponytail as it looks such a dog and short of wearing a hat I don't know what to do. Please help x

Thanks Ginger I've just had a look on her Facebook page and there's photos of my hair, before and after shots, it looks really nice in the pics and has got three likes! Unfortunately it doesn't look like that in RL but she must think it's fine to have uploaded the photos

it will have had the flash on i bet. the photos you have posted here make it very clear how bad it is.

ive done it to myself before, its not the end of the world but you notice it dont you? if you've paid all that money you deserve it correcting or refunding.

ive never seen anyone use that technique before.

Yes I notice it every time I look in the mirror, DP hasn't mentioned it but I've noticed him looking at my hair but he probably thinks it's best not talked about. She took photos on her phone and the kitchen lights are bright plus it's a back sidish view so not the top where it looks bad.

Firstly I would definitely contact her, show pictures and complain and get refund. If she is awkward about it I'd be tempted to post them and give a honest review.

Do you have any way to contact your regular lady on ML ? Was she a mobile too as if so you would have her number or if she worked at a salon would they pass on message and you could ask her if she is not available who would she recommend - eg if she was having her hair highlighted and coloured who would she use .
