Right, this is week two of boot camp proper so let's all start again:

Granola
lunch was
blueberries
half an apple
half an avocado
2 small rosemary crackers thinly spread with cream cheese
a few walnuts and pine nuts
about 4 beetroot
a sliver of cheddar
some cherry tomatoes

had 2 glasses of wine with desp housewives last night but didn't even finish the second

Haven't walked but am off work today (skiiving) and wondering about walking to collect ds although it's at least 30 mins each way and may take longer as I'll have dd with me.
Not enough water but am still drinking it. No idea what we're going to eat tonight, salmon steaks maybe, in fact I'm going to get them out of the freezer now.

And I'm not wearing any make up as am at home and have used body lotion all over this morning. Will def have an early night.

Aiming to be virtuous today after some wine last night. It was Friday and we had some Gorwydd - you can't have cheese without wine can you?

Have spent an hour cleaning and have done some skipping (one minute still, will increase next week). Already drunk a litre of water and am waiting for the children to finish in the bath before applying the necessary creams.

Going out for a meal for DD's birthday this evening. I will drive and choose healthily.

I made spaghetti carbonara for lunch with pancetta and everything.

DH cooked a roast chicken for supper. It was delicious.

swedishmum · 03/03/2007 23:25

I ate chocolate today - first of the year. I had 3 Thornton's truffles and felt so so ill. Serves me right.

WideWebWitch · 04/03/2007 10:20

Terrible day yesterday

No exercise
had a bacon sandwich, 2 sausages (fried, naturally) and a fried egg for brunch
chicken thighs and noodles for supper
wine
dh's homemade bread roll with butter
prawn crackers
wine
wine
wine

went to bed late
and this mornign have had another roll with a sausage and a fried egg

Really will have to be strict with myself next week I think.

Yes, I got drunk last weekend but took my make up off at 2am which obviously made no difference at all to how shit I looked the next day

Party on sat - too much champagne and profiteroles.

Have felt ill since - stomach cramps and was sick this morning so refuse to believe it was a hangover.

On the upside - have eaten v little yesterday and today and the eye cream seems to be working - bags and puffiness definitely reduced.

WideWebWitch · 05/03/2007 19:51

Oi, new thread, puddle, do keep up!
