Am I old? Am I deluded?

Is this really the latest thing?

Well from what I've seen, this frill around the shoulders is definitely a thing. Seems Per Una has won!

SirChenjin · 11/11/2016 18:41

What even is that??

Creatureofthenight · 11/11/2016 18:42

Yikes

Bluntness100 · 11/11/2016 18:44

That's just awful....

StillMedusa · 11/11/2016 18:45

It's wonderful!! If you want to look like old fashioned curtains with pelmet Grin. Otherwise a world of NOOOOOOOOOO!

IDismyname · 11/11/2016 18:45

Pink Velour...!!
YUK

CaesiumTime · 11/11/2016 18:47

What store is it?

That's insane.

I have seen the ruffly shoulders thing though quite a lot. And even a ruffle like that on trousers.

mostlymindblown · 11/11/2016 18:47

Is it on backwards?
(hopeful)

ijustwannadance · 11/11/2016 18:51

Yeh, the horrid, uncomfortable high neckline. Frills around shoulders. Velvet/velour. Badly shaped pants that flatter no-one.
It's like someone has taken the worst bits from every fashion decade and came up with this.

Whatthefoxgoingon · 11/11/2016 18:52

From which fine emporium does this monstrosity hail?

PoppyPicklesPenguin · 11/11/2016 18:53

Please do share shame the store I'd like to avoid as my eyes are already burning

CaesiumTime · 11/11/2016 18:55

Similar ruffle - done better?

(From The Sartorialist)

StickyProblem · 11/11/2016 18:57

Is Per Una the Donald Trump of fashion - it should never have won, but somehow it has, even though no-one admits to liking it?

Spudlet · 11/11/2016 19:00

Coming soon to a sale rail near you... Confused

SexNamesRFab · 11/11/2016 19:06

Is 'club sport' back?

Out2pasture · 11/11/2016 19:18

Dusty rose crushed velvet.....

mrstiggy · 11/11/2016 19:22

Are the kids clothes from Sound of Music on the rail as you walk in? Confused
It's awful. It was probably awful in its past life as a bedspread too.

dingdongdigeridoo · 11/11/2016 19:44

It's 80s bridesmaid mixed with Waynetta Slob chic!

burnishedsilver · 11/11/2016 19:47

It looks like its from the wardrobe department of the Golden Girls. Where on earth did you see it?

Janey50 · 11/11/2016 19:49

Is it a joke? Pink velour with a frill? Reminds me of curtains .

PlumsGalore · 11/11/2016 19:50

Nothing, compared to what is in Vivienne Westwood's window.

HateSummer · 11/11/2016 19:52

It's very 80's. 80's is back isn't it? I'm dreading the velvet tbh.

sortthetacheoutbernard · 11/11/2016 19:53

It's not for us necessarily.
It's for teenagers

My parents had a sofa like that, in the 80s.
