Calling all hazel-green eyed ladies, which eyeliners bring out the green?

Sometimes my eyes look very hazel and at times very green. I like the green and would like an eyeliner that helps make my eyes'pop' as they say! Any recommendations? I don't wear eyeshadow.

I must admit I'm a little scared of our Mac store; it has a big scary 'doorman' who gives people the evil and has lots of busy SA who apparently can't see me. I guess I am not their target customer. I had a makeover done in Mac once, I came out looking like a drag artist. I had asked for a subtle look

I'm addicted to rose golds, reds etc atm. I've got lots of eye shadows so if any one wants to see swatches of them let me know

I see on the Mac website you can buy a medium which allows you to create a custom made eyeliner from pigments. That's rather exciting!

Omg yes to that dark rose gold love it. rimmel do a creamy rose gold crayon that looks good with hazel. Also Avon glimmersticks eyeliner in khaki, smoke or plum work for me

Thanks ohdofeckoffdear I'm going to have a closer look at 5 and 6 in real life!! I find that 'rockateur' blush by benefit really suits my skin tone so a rose gold eyeshadow should work well!!

My eyes are a kind of light green with flecks of gold. Purple and bronze work really well for me: I use Clinique Cream Shaper in Starry Plum and Bourjois Colourband pencil in brown (which is more bronze really). I've had people ask if I've got coloured contacts in when I use purple, so it does seem to make my eyes 'pop'!

What glorious colours, thank you so much for going to the huge trouble of doing those swatches . I shall take a good close up look tomorrow . They could all be adapted as eyeliner with the Mac stuff couldn't they? How exciting!

I know I could google it but this is more interesting. We should all do more pics and swatches on S&B actually. It'd be really helpful wouldn't it.

Buttons it's the twist up one in New Marine or the PowerPoint in Minted.
I prefer twist up as no sharpener required but the minted is a slightly better colour

Try Roach eyeshadow by Urban Decay. It's kind of a warm browny colour, perfect for hazel eyes. I use it to softly line my eyes as I don't like a harsh line.

Or purples. Loads of places brought out different colours for different eyes a few years ago - purple was for hazel and green eyes.

I also really want to try out the one in teal and look at the Dior magenta. I'm sure I have one of the palettes that ohdo kindly swatched. I think it is buried deep in one of my teen dds' rooms( along with my hair brushes, shavers, various items of clothing and my not so secret stash of chocolate!)

How does it look buttons?
I do like it with black over the top, it highlights the green in your eyes without looking too obvious.

Ohdo Thank you! The N7 one looks really similar to one of the Urban Decay palettes. The first one I think. Gorgeous colours.

Thinks is a rather good rip off of the urban decay, the W7 have got dupes for most the the naked pallets. Think the one in the photo was a £5.00 from b@m it's a good one I use it lots x

The eyeliner looks beautiful. I had a very expensive Bobbi brown version once.

That's very kind of you ODFOND but it's cheap enough to just check in the trolley next time I'm in a supermarket.

The green, gold and teal work well on green eyes and the smashbox eyeliner brush is the best ( not the mini one in the kit). I have 2 large chests of drawers full of make up but currently on mat leave with child no. 2 so mainly pottering around just very fat and covered in sick.
I always wear eyeliner though, feel naked without it.

Ohdo I meant W7. £5! What an absolute bargain. I feel like I've seen them in Superdrug. I'll keep my eye out for them. Can never have too many neutrals.

Khakis, bronze and golds look best on mine. Also plummy cranberry shades (less red but not truly purple either). The best palette on my eyes is the Stila Eyes are the Window (Spirit) palette. The best liner is a discontinued Chanel automatic waterproof pencil in khaki précieux.
