Insensitive comments about appearance

So I was wondering what the worst thing anyone has said to you about your appearance and what (if anything!) you did in response.
Took my dd to the nurse yesterday for her 8 week jabs and the nurse (a propo of nothing) said "whys your face so red".... I have (mild) rosacae and she proceeded to quiz me about whether it ever "went down" / itched.
This was hot off the back of another Mum asking me if baby was a boy (she's not) and congratulating me on the new pregnancy (actually the remainder of three c sections)....
Was feeling ok about myself, now down in the dumps!!!

I remember a teacher calling after me in the corridor 'if you could see what I could see, you wouldn't be wearing that skirt'. I was really self conscious about my weight in my teens and so not what I needed to hear.

To my shame I caught myself thinking this about a school girl walking ahead of me the other day.

Actually maybe worse than the cervical smear:
Aged 12
Girl 1: hi Brilliana, we're trying to decide who's the prettiest in the year.
Girl 2: We've agreed you're the ugliest...
