Am I too old to get my nose pierced?

I'm 36, dress fairly young for my age. Can i get away with it or will people think I'm having a crisis?

Yes I think it is IJustLostTheGame, it felt a bit cooler getting it done in Brighton rather than at home! (I was there anyway, didn't go down specially!)

I'd love a nose stud (I'm 50) but I have the wrong shaped nose I've tried sticking tiny diamente studs on (you know the sticky crystals from Claires to glue onto your face) . Wherever I put it looks wrong.

I was adviced by a very pierced hairdresser that if you take it out, it looks like a mahoosive blackhead. So that's a no from me.

I wouldn't be phased by anyones piercings , I do look at them when I see someone eg in a shop.

I'd love a tragus or similar, maybe a very small titanium ring, at the moment I have a 2+1 earring piercings, might bite the bullet and go for it.

Oh, I have a tattoo as well but 99.99% of the time I forget its there , it's not on show unless I choose to (shoulder)

Ive had mine done since I was 14 - I still love it. Don't alway wear it so people are sometimes surprised to see I have it pierced!!

I've just had my Daith pierced too.

I got my nose pierced at 20 and still have it now and I am an old duffer at 43 I love it, it's part of me and I feel weird if I don't have it in. You get some gorgeous little diamond studs if you want something smaller but there are plenty of different sizes out there to suit everyone.

If you want it do it, to hell with what anyone else thinks
