Come and tell us all about your summer purchases, high street or high end, we love it all.

I could kiss you Fedup!
Assuming they are sizing in UK sizes and not US then I have just picked these sandals up for £75. Please tell me they were listing UK sizes?!

Fingers crossed Shop - they are fabulous.

I do not miss soft play Fedup, haven't been in ages.

We have gone a bit quiet!! I'm popping into Waitrose later to collect this jacket so I will update.

I'm also not really feeling it fashion wise these days, too busy to have time for it and as a result just defaulting into lots of the same old, same old....

FedupNagging · 09/05/2016 10:44

It's fairly quiet this morning & all the children are playing nicely-most of the adults are Grandparents so don't feel too out of place!

Morning Voguettes,

Just home and lovely to see that Spring has finally arrived. Jasmine and wisteria are blooming in our little garden, so nice to see and smell. Fx the good weather continues for mu next weekend.

Marsha no worries for my pm, we managed fine, can't wait to chat to you about the trip! Haven't got all my summer stuff out yet but was very happy to rediscover my Stella blazer.

Vegas which stans did you get? I was debating the pony hair ones blair and shop have but in blue as they were 20% off in office plus student discount but didn't have my size.

Did some shopping while I was away:

APC navy cardigan. A good summer basic.

Marant jacket. Love the fit and the red stripe that runs through it.

Stokey · 09/05/2016 11:30

Gorgeous jacket Mara, very you. I'm still not sure if I'll make it on Saturday - now have girls night on Friday & friend's birthday on Saturday, don't think my liver can cope!

I'm loving wearing cut offs and flipflops again, I do love the lack of effort summer dressing involves. But am also in need of some new summer clothes, as I hardly bought any last year so everything feels a bit old. I just don't really know where to start.

Great Sam Edelman link Fedup, I now have some silver white Gigis on their way to me Flowers

libertydoddle · 09/05/2016 17:07

Lovely buys Mara. Both perfect for you.

Mango jacket is not a keeper it looks fine on, just not feeling the love!

Stokey lightweight Grin - who am I kidding? I can't do 2 nights in a row now either.

QueenC · 09/05/2016 22:00

Come on stokey, you can do it!
fedup I'm glad to be over the days of soft play!

I have a mahoosive spot rearing its ugly head. Hoping it disappears before Saturday! Also hating my hair at the moment-new hairdresser and it's too short at the back. Feel frumpy with it.

QueenC · 09/05/2016 22:00

Forgot to say love the jacket mara

Drywhitethanks · 09/05/2016 22:50

Any ideas on London weather for Saturday MU?

Off to check out GiGis......do I need 3 pairs?

Drywhitethanks · 09/05/2016 22:57

Sold out...Shop those sandals are very you. Hope they fit ok.

Loved loved loved the sunshine today , heaven.

libertydoddle · 09/05/2016 23:11

dry BBC weather says about 13/14 degrees but it looks like it will be dry.

Marsha how was your outnet order?

shopafrolic · 10/05/2016 07:20

Morning all. Wet and horrible again today - still warm though.
Yes Dry my app says cloudy but dry and 13 degrees for Saturday.
Brand Alley emailed me back and said I have ordered a UK7 so fingers crossed - their deliveries always take a month or so though so we'll see. Good prompt CS response though.

Drywhitethanks · 10/05/2016 07:49

Dry sounds great.

Difficult knowing what to wear this morning.

Ootd is Oasis navy floral print pencil skirt, Uniqlo merino in grey/blue, silver pointy flats, nude eek tights. Worried I'll be warm in merino but it looks windy out. Lovely to get this skirt on again.

AmberNectarine · 10/05/2016 08:13

So DH given me a get out of jail free card on Saturday and said I can go to the MU and he'll take the kids to our prior engagement. Now I just have to decide how altruistic I'm feeling!

Not wearing any black today - feels a bit weird. Navy skinny trousers, red top, grey cardigan and grey lace up snake print flats. Grey MK tote for all my work shit.

Am slightly saddened that I have suddenly come out in a severe allergic reaction to my favourite silver bangle. Wasn't expensive but was commented on all the time. Suddenly my arm started blistering at the weekend - weird. Also been bitten to buggery by some insects, my back is covered in angry bites

Stokey · 10/05/2016 10:48

How annoying Amber, are you sure it was the bangle rather than the weather? My girls have both got random bits of red skin after the weekend, not sunburn more like eczema flare-ups or a kind of rash. I've been slathering them with aqueous cream in the bath and paw paw balm out of it and it seems to have come down.

I've just bought some white Stans, nearly went for the MNV red ponyskin but swapped for cobalt so we're not all matching at the MU!

shopafrolic · 10/05/2016 12:46

Bargain price Stokey
Amber are you on any meds? I got metal allergies when I was on ADs years back. Gone again now. Will be great to see you again on Sat.

LinusLovesBretons · 10/05/2016 15:03

Wrong season but I can really see you in these shop

AmberNectarine · 10/05/2016 15:15

Nothing at all shop, other than having a mirena, if that counts. It's definitely where the bracelet touched my skin, but Stokey may be onto something re. the heat. I've suffered really badly from prickly heat on holiday before. Maybe I'll try it again in a week or so.

If I come to the MU probably will I won't wear my Stans.

shopafrolic · 10/05/2016 16:05

Love those Linus - have had my eye on the black leather version for a while.

QueenC · 10/05/2016 16:12

Oh do come amber. I really hope it's dry so I can wear my silver shoes. Must wear them round the house before Saturday!

I liked today's outfit-White broaderie top and navy crops. I would have preferred my pink shoes but I only have navy and grey at work (walked in trainers so I didn't get soggy feet).

VivaVegas · 10/05/2016 17:18

Mara these are the Stans I got stans, I bought through Quidco and got 10% cash back too.

libertydoddle · 10/05/2016 19:18

Just had a horrible mother moment - was washing DD in the shower and managed to scratch her quite hard with my nail across the top of her back while I was scrubbing her Sad. There is a bright red mark Blush. Tears all round - her with shock and pain, me with shame. I think she has forgiven me chocolate may have helped.
