What would you wear with these shoes?

I'm going through one of my regular 'I hate all my clothes' phases, I need to sort them out but I'm starting with shoes. These are really comfortable and I like them but do they just look like a man's shoe? Or an old persons shoe? Can I wear anything with them that would look nice?

I don't know why either but the post and then the pic of the shoe made me laugh and laugh.... Thank you for that! I needed that

My sister has shoes like that. She wears them with wide leg trousers and a more fitted top. They aren't for me but she says they are very comfortable.

I'm now laughing at the thought of other people laughing at my shoe

I'm now very glad they've been in the bottom of the wardrobe for so long although I am concerned about the fact that I have worn them in the past.

Interestingly I did see some similar to them in a garden centre today. They clearly appeal to people who buy shoes in garden centre outlets.

I have never seen a shoe with so many issues.
Wear them with a fleece, a pair of half mast boot cut jeans, no make-up and a hand knitted hat. Or throw them in the bin.

I was going to post pictures of other things in my wardrobe for advice on what I can wear with what but I daren't now.

Oh god, OP I feel so bad for absolutely weeping with laughter at both the shoes and comments actual physical laughter, particularly at wearing them them with a disguise

I enjoyed it so much I've come back an hour later to see the shoes again.

In the meantime I've hacked the end off a crusty loaf and devoured it. I've only just realised I've been subliminally advertised to by the shoe loaf!
