hand is almost back to my normal so im very happy about that. i have the most huge and disgusting spot on the centre of my nose so thats making me look and feel crappy. trying to cheer myself up like queenC is, with music, bit of Hot Chip, yes please

generally just browsing, planning if im going to buy anything for s/s, nothings catching my eye at the minute though so im holding back right now. ive bought hardly anything for ages now, im just not getting the thrill at the minute that i usually would so that translates into not buying anything

Ive got a huge and disgusting spot on my chin one. It's painful that ive even been putting hydrocortisone on it. It's not even got a juicy head so I don't have the pleasure of popping it .

Evening I've been missing you all as no time to post this week.

Morning all! It's been such a busy few days. As I have been off the a thread for a few days, a few links to summarise my week....I have been loving wearing my MaxMara cashmere coat all week with my Aquatalia boots and using my new Givenchy Antigona bag and have felt super swishy all week. I have had so much love for the bag from lots of people. I am so glad I didn't get the black which would have been nice but just not as gorgeous.

Today is the usual running around, activity this morning and children's party this afternoon plus dh is at Twickenham. I get to put the Antigona away and return to my current weekend love. I did get a delivery notice last night that my Chloe Paddington is on its way so Roxanne could have some serious competition

Shop and Mara I'm 2 episodes into TGW, planning a big push today. Love it but I've never understood why she stays with her DH, infact I have a real problem with it. It's not done her any good at all (maybe given her power over him) but I really don't get it at all.

This morning dh was praising me for not spending much money this year so I took it as licence to spend more!

so I have decided I need a quilted Brown jacket. I have a warehouse one in grey which I love but for the second weekend running I wish I had a brown version. any ideas? preferably warm but sleek looking.

Gorgeous shoes Marsha that colour will go with everything. I loved the heeled ones too.
Amber do tell if the mac strobe cream is any good. I got the hourglass ambient lighting powders. So far am underwhelmed but could be me not using them right.

I have a confession. After deciding I would get a grey mini marcie I bought a navy disco instead! I just couldn't resist the discount on brand alley so thought I'd order it to see.It arrived yesterday and I love it. A really good size and actually a lot more subtle than I thought it would be. They were sold out of the black but as its a really dark navy I think it works.
Dry I also wonder how the press haven't found out they don't live together. I bet she will have a thing with the hot new investigator guy.

I'm feeling a bit meh like a lot of you about winter clothes. My winter uniform of skinnies, Pistols and Tippies is getting boring now so I bought some cropped flares today as I need a change. I really like them and will look good in the summer with SE Gigis but they also look good with boots in a kooky type of way.

jeans they look nothing like they are advertised, they are not as short on me and are not really flared but are a bit different to the skinnies

Also bought some really cheap Boden Bistro Crop alikes in M&S was really impressed by them and are a fraction of the price. Hope they keep their shape. They'll be great for work.

I have navy and white Again they are styled really badly on the model and are much longer on me as I'm a short arse

Popped into town yesterday and saw some lovely things in Jcrew, will link them if I buy them, an thinking about them atm.

Your Antigona is indeed very lovely Blingy and grey is such a good colour. I have a Kate Spade bag in that colour and someone always comments on it.

I like the look of those jeans Kitty; as they are not too flared, I may try a pair.

That throat infection I had last weekend has turned into a chest, throat and eye infec so all social engagements have been cancelled this weekend . As I got antibiotics yesterday I'm hoping to feel better very soon!

I binge watched the first 4 episodes of TGW last night and did think she's bound to shag have a thing with the investigator too.

I think my first purchase for spring will be some footwear - pumps of some description. I fancy either white Ash jordy's or stans. Both will look great with 7/8's, skinnies and flares.

Had a mooch round the village where dc have their swimming lessons. Some lovely boutiques although on the pricey side but some chie mihara shoes in the flesh for the first time. They looked so comfy. One day I will definitely buy a pair.

Waiting to board my flight home. A whirlwind but very fun 24h with great friends - ended up out til 4am, am feeling a bit frail today!

I think I remember you cropping some jeans last year Queen I may crop my flares as, despite having them shortened, they are still a bit too long and I now I won't wear them much again.

Fedup the M&S trousers are more 7/8 rather than cropped on me. I don't like true cropped as I'm too short and it's not a good look on me.

Hi all. Awful 24 hours here. MiniShop ended up in hospital yesterday. Super poorly and suspected diabetes but I'm pleased to say we are through the worst and he is home and happy today. So absolutely no style news to report.
We're watching the Voice and I was reminiscing about a hat I never bought. It was my 30th birthday weekend in Brighton and I tried a royal purple asymmetric Phillip T hat on in the Lanes and wish I'd bought it. I had black polo neck, black trousers and boots and the hat was fab but I had no idea where I'd wear it. Whenever I go back to Brighton I always look for the hat shop but it must have gone. Do any of you have "the one that got away?"

Was so happy to see the hot PI in TGW .....last time I saw him he died and I sobbed like a baby in Greys Anatomy. No spoilers Shop I'm not very far in. The husband thing has just always annoyed me.

Brilliant rugby.....so much more fun when watching with a houseful of slightly inebriated friends.

Have been working on my WBD costume, it's a group effort making 7 costumes [shocked] and I'm very excited.
