Do you always make an effort to look good, even when, say, just doing grocery?

How important is it for you to look well-presented at all times?

Yes, I'm home today with suck children and still have my hair dried and some basic make up with hareems, a nice jumper and jewellery. Comfy but fine if anyone pops in

Jm you are an inspiration and when you are my age-mid 70s - you will be glad you kept up your self maintenance and fitness regime. Once it slips and you get older it's harder to recover. When i retired i decided i had enuf clothes to last till i popped my clogs. But i got bored and since i have more time than money,i find great bargains at Winners= our TJMax -and am way smarter now than when i was working. Heading out to Winners soon=also my fitness plan!

Looking scrotty makes me feel crap and demoralised. I only wear light makeup and have a very simple hairstyle which takes 5 minutes max. I think the key to being generally well-presented is to keep everything very simple so you're more likely to bother/have time.
