Any nice sparkly/sequiny tops out there?

I saw someone wearing a lovely grey long sleeved sequiny top. Now I want one just like it. In grey or navy. It's the sort of thing I see everywhere when I'm not looking for it but can never find when I am. It doesn't have to be very dressy but just enough sparkle to dress up a pair of jeans for Christmas. Thanks!

This top from Tesco may have potential - it's meant to have a Bardot neck line but it looks more like a scoop on the model - I'd prefer the former.

I have this jumper from Next. The roll neck bit is actually a snood so I just wear it as a crew neck jumper. It comes up big so take a size down.

Asda have some lovely sequin cami's in different colours. Dirt cheap and look lovely with skinnies and a blazer / jacket.

Flood me, I wear loads of navy and grey so nothing very exciting but I think they are a bit more flattering on me now.

The M&S one looks really wearable.

Argh! Autocorrect! That should say Floisme, not Flood me!

Op, if you're still looking, our H&M has a much bigger selection in this week. (They've probably been in the bigger branches for ages): Fine knit, round neck but not too high, sparkly but not too fierce. In faded black, rust, dark blue and kind of pinky-beige. £24.99.

I'm not sure if this is the right link - you can never tell with H&M - but this kind of thing: www.hm.com/gb/product/30456?article=30456-C

Sizing is hilarious so you'd need to try on if you can find them.

Thanks Floisme. I am still looking. The Jigsaw one made me look really busty. The Whistles ones were gorgeous on the rail but the cropped one was frumpy on me (too long and baggy) and the cropped one made me look top heavy! I will try out H&M. It's not something I want to spend a lot unless it's going to last me for years.

I've got the blue and burgundy versions of the M&S block one linked by Brenda, they are nice but slightly see-through (look at the photos, you can see the model's bra). I also tried the black one but it was distinctly less sparkly than the others.

ShotgunNotDoingThePans · 24/11/2015 19:25

My DD has the navy h&m one and it's lovely. Hand-washed it once so far and was fine.

PamDooveOrangeJoof · 24/11/2015 20:31

& other stories do a nice sparkle knit in black or navy for £45. I really want the navy one...

Colourmylife1 · 24/11/2015 20:58

Pam, I really like the navy one too. They've styled it with black trousers. Do you think that would work in real life?

PamDooveOrangeJoof · 24/11/2015 21:19

I think it would look great with black trousers. I'd like it to wear with my black faux leather skirt...

Floisme · 25/11/2015 06:59

I think navy and black look fine, espcially if the top's sparkly: chic in an understated way. The & Other Stories one looks very similar to H&M in shape and fit (aren't they a sister company anyway?) but H&M is a brighter blue.

I'm wearing the H&M one today in rust and it hangs really ncely though don't think I should go too near any naked flames.

MiniCooperLover · 25/11/2015 09:52

I have that Asda jacket and I can't wait to wear it somewhere soon !!! I really like the M&S one, I may have to get that Smile

RonaldMcDonald · 25/11/2015 10:16

What about this fella?

homeschool · 25/11/2015 12:40

I know you said you don't like black, but I've just bought this sparkly cardi for £18.00!!!

It looks really sparkly in real life and my daughter thinks it's soft and cuddly, and she's one who frequently complains about itchy knitwear.
I'm going to wear it with a white top and jeans.
There's also this one, which I'm tempted by because everything is reduced,

Think it might hide my Christmas indulgences but still look festive for our Christmas walk.

Colourmylife1 · 25/11/2015 23:28

That is lovely Homeschool but I think it might be too warm for what I'm looking for.
It will look great with jeans for your walk!
The White Company one looks nice.
I'm so indecisive!
