I like her hair tonight.

There is no way she would have been able to hold down a job whilst dating William. IIRC, Sophie had to quit her job after press intrusion and "investigations" and she wasn't marrying someone who would be king.

I do wonder what it must be like to be her.
It's a gilded cage really. At the moment it probably seems ok but you wonder how her life will seem to her later on.

Koo Stark said that Prince Andrew used to get upset at how he'd join a group of friends and they'd all tense up and change the subject and suck up to him. It must be very isolating.
Kate's stuck out there in Anmer, I can't imagine she can rock up at playgroup and share sleep deprivation stories with the local mums. It's weird - she will probably never have new organic friends.

"She looks warm and has a nice smile...." that's really all we can say about her - someone in a significant position in our Royal Family. I've got plenty of time for Anne and Zara Phillips - real women doing real things. You could replace Kate with a cardboard cutout in a bouncy wig and no-one would notice.

Well, the nanny appears to be full time yet Kate is not on State duties every day. To note, I don't care that she has a nanny - heck I would if circumstances allowed.

No idea what the nanny does on a day to day basis, but you aren't going identify somebody who is completely trustworthy, put them through all the security checks, expect them to be available whenever you need them and then offer them a part-time job.

Looking nice and having a warm smile is her job. She isn't supposed to voice opinions because inevitably somebody would disagree with them.

Isn't it Catherine Wales as he's William Wales?

He was William Wales because his father's title was Wales? But now he's got the Cambridge title that becomes his surname. And therefore her's also. I think.

She once ordered a wet suit in a shop in Angelsey (it wasn't in stock) and said to put it aside for "Mrs Cambridge". Shopkeeper never twigged who she was till the DM rang him asking for gossip. He just said "I did think it was an unusual surname...."

Presumably william would notice. I think she's a genius. She never says anything that anybody could disagree with. And it's not fair to compare her to zara. people are predisposed to like zara, but not inclined to like kate. so it's not a level playing field there.

After hearing and reading those sexy charles/camilla transcripts I assume CC have a very active and fun 'life' who cares about clothes and hair if you're madly in lust?

This is an old shot but I do think she has a look of David Cameron here. Shows how far she has come in terms of makeover.

That photo is soooo interesting. If it is genuine then she looks like she has had her eyebags done (I have genetic eyebags, it's a curse), possibly her nose too? And lost quite a lot of weight. There she looks like an averagely pretty girl.

Wow, she must have had her lips plumped and her sunken eyes filled. She is a pretty girl naturally. Looking at her hair I think those who yell hair extensions must be correct, again it's nice as it is naturally.

Definitely some subtle tweaking has gone on. And there can be no doubt she uses hair extensions. She's almost lost under all her hair these days.

What's also interesting is that in the first two before / after shots of Kate, it is pretty clear that she uses hair extensions these days. In the first pic, her hair is pretty and normal. In the second one, her hair is almost impossibly glossy and thick all the way to the end. Seems odd that her hair would change so much without the help of extensions.

Yes,her hair looks fuller,and I think there were some photos of her with extensions clearly shown, I think back when they were first married, she had her hair in a half up do,and you could see the clips clearly,

But her face I wouldn't say has changed that much, just slimmer, a couple of months ago I was looking at some pictures of myself when I was around 17-19, and i look really different, I swear my lips now are bigger than they were back then! I didn't even think its possible,

She defo uses extensions; no amount of blow drying or styling could do that. There's volume at the ends as well as the roots. I think she's close to going overboard with them, the hair is starting to look like a bit of a caricature now although it did look really well initially.

As an eyebag sufferer I can assure you if she had lost weight they would look way worse not better without the help of fillers.
