Please help me find a dress for the Royal Garden Party

Garden Party on 1st July and I need an outfit. I am not a natural at clothes shopping and haven't a clue where to start.

I don't have a huge budget for the dress, max of £100.
I am 5'6 and a size 20
I don't want black or black and white and would prefer knee length.

Can anyone help?

Hi, is that budget just for the dress? Do you already have shoes etc?

Shoes and fascinator I can sort locally thankfully. I should have mentioned that I can't get to shops easily as I live very rurally with nearest city three hours away.

The Kaliko one is gorgeous! I like that a lot.

I would usually pick a dress with a flared skirt but no handkerchief hems or hems that are long at the back but short at the front.

I don't mind floral prints but hate animal prints.
