Following the birth of the new Princess, who wants to undergo a 30 day 'princessing' challenge? Saw one of these threads a while back following the Royal Wedding ect, who is in? Smile

I'm in! Just need to think of ten points Smile

I've been quite good so far, I've been eating lots of vegetables and taking my folic acid. Not drank any coke either.
Plus, I'm going shopping for holiday clothes tomorrow :)
I haven't done that much yoga so I might off-set that by walking at least part way into town rather than getting the bus.

Right, bit better week. Have found that Superdrug do one of the hot cloth cleansers (like the Liz Earl one) so have been using that and it's lovely. I've used the liz earl one (sorry, can't remember what it is called) and this is just as nice. I think it is more the process that works than the actual product! Also been eating well, sleeping better and going to bed earlier, and I did my walk again. Still need to add more water and protein to my diet, but Rome wasn't built in a day!Wink

It's June 1st! June has 30 days which is a nice neat number to work with.

It's late but I'm starting today.

Loosely doing 5:2
Eating properly the rest of the time, not sure it would class as clean, but not constant chips and crisps Grin
Taking vitamins every day
Drinking two litres of water
Body brushing
Exercise... Might do couch to 5k....
Moisturise whole body every day. I have horrible lizard skin precisely because I'm too lazy to put moisturiser on. It takes two minutes tops. Going to make myself.
Deep condition hair once a week

Is that 10?? It's enough anyway.

I'm in! I am trying to drink much more water, walk everywhere I can and exceed my 10000 steps a day, eat just 3 meals a day(smaller meal in evening), have cut out all coke, squash, sugary drinks and am going to try to get back to zumba twice a week. Also, keep on top of my finger and toenails and look after my skin better. Need to buy new moisturiser.

I'm joining too :-) currently expecting dc4 in December so in need of a bit of princessing. My aims over the next 4 months:

  1. Fortnightly manicures/nail extensions
  2. Hair cut and colour every 6 weeks (not once a year as it has been!)
  3. Blow dry and style hair after every wash, not just Wack it up in a bun
  4. Drink at least 2l of water a day
  5. Cut down and eventually cut out all chocolate/sweets/crisps/biscuits
  6. 5 portions of fruit and veg daily
  7. Remember to use the mouthwash twice a day
  8. Cleanse and moisturise daily
  9. Remove chipped nail polish on toes and keep pretty
10. Walk to dog for at least half hour every day, not just taking him to the woods behind the house and throwing a stick! All manageable I think.

Can I join?

My aim is to stick to my diet - I need to lose a good 3 stone. This basically means I have to cut out all the sugar and eat 'clean'

Also need to take vitamins regularly. Have a cupboard full of expensive ones and keep forgetting to take them.

I am good about teeth flossing, defuzzing, pedicures and moisturising.

Am sometimes often lazy about doing my hair and makeup.

I hope as I lose weight I will get more adventurous with clothes. I own some beautiful things that I am too fat to wear Sad

I did what a poster upthread is going to do and sold all my old jewellery that I didn't wear. Used the money to buy a few bits that I love and wear all the time. It feels nice to have a jewellery box which isn't cluttered. I own less stuff but wear it more often!
