What ridiculously expensive skin care product was worth it to you?

I'm going through a high end skin care phase and some of it is just so bloody lovely and I will be repurchasing. I generally try and sample stuff before the big spend, obviously. Being Content have a nice sample service for £3.

Another vote for Botox! It really is more cost-effective than any lotions or potions (and I say that as someone with thousands of pots in the bathroom!)
I had filler too but wouldn't bother again ??

Thanks Nigella Sounds like something I'd get on with. Always looking to brighten as I'm prone to looking grey and sallow around the chops, unfortunately!

Bioeffect serum.

Even though I fear it's going to turn me into genetically modified Icelandic wheat, or a puffin, or something.

My most recent discoveries are Clarins Double Serum and NeoStrata skin-resurfacing duo (a pot of exfoliating micro-crystals and a lactic acid 'activator'). The serum smells and feels amazing, especially after you use the exfoliant. I also like plain old jojoba oil too though, and might go back to it instead of the (very expensive) serum, or at least alternate them.

Elemis marine cream. Probably on pot 10 which means I've spent a grand on it. Can't switch out though, and I have tried several times..
