OBEM was filing at the hospital I was due to give birth in marsha so we were told about it at a midwife appointment and asked if we would be interested in taking part. My answer was a firm no !

Fingers crossed for you lib

When are you heading back Cranagh?

I got a few purchases whilst I was away. I'll find the links and post them. Am in the midst of unpacking hell at the moment Confused

Cranagh · 22/04/2015 20:25

One, that person needs to get a life, ignore!

Maybe see you in Dublin, QueenC?

That would be fab, Shop.

You are probably tired, Liberty, I'm sure you did fine. Looking forward to seeing you.

We move back mid July, Ellis. I have been in New York/London for 18 years!

libertychick · 22/04/2015 20:27

Thanks all Flowers. I feel like a right whinger. It's that hitting a wall thing after weeks of being permanently wired. I can be really bad at recognising when things are getting to be too much and then being caught by surprise when I crash.

Definitely pm when you have dates one. Would be really lovely to see you again.

Cranagh · 22/04/2015 20:28

Forgot to say, lovely jumper, Justa

Ellisisland · 22/04/2015 20:34

Oh wow Cranagh big move are you excited ? I was born and raised in London but my DH is Irish and we lived there for a bit but ended up coming back here for work. We were talking this week what it would have been like if we had stayed. I lived in the North though just across the border.

Love th Uniqlo shirts round up Blair like th sound of the colour of the blue one (if that makes sense!)

BlairWaldorfLovesShopping · 22/04/2015 20:47

They're still reduced Ellis Wink here it is. I've just counted and I now own 10 silk tops, 6 from Uniqlo, better stop.

Went for the navy shorts as they'll go with more of my tops and don't have the weird paperbag waist that might look odd in a couple of years.

Drywhiteplease · 22/04/2015 20:54

Beam just washing my favourite pair of BR , dry clean only, work trousers........may be a bad idea, I'll report back.

Big squeeze for liberty from northern parts Smile

Right ladies, if fit gym instructor comes up and puts his hand on your shoulder and says "how are your legs?".....would you say he was flirting or just concerned about my quads? Hmm Confused

AND...Moortown I'm going to get my LEGS ge out!!!!! Shock after today's shedding of layers I think I might just go WILD tomorrow

Drywhiteplease · 22/04/2015 20:58

BlairWaldorfLovesShopping · 22/04/2015 21:02

Grin still no idea what you meant!

Fedupnagging · 22/04/2015 21:04

One that person sounds very small minded. You were not doing anything wrong so ignore and move on.

10 silk tops Blair Shock - mind you if you wear them all that's ok - not all at the same time obv!

Cranagh, that does sound like a big move especially when you have lived in London and NY. Guess you still have friends and family there?

No fashion news whatsoever - am not even looking at clothes websites to avoid temptation!

Meant to say earlier that I love the colour of the DVF jacket - can't remember who is the lucky owner though.

Oh, and I would be up for a mini meet up too if I am around.

Fedupnagging · 22/04/2015 21:08

Confused Dry ?

BlairWaldorfLovesShopping · 22/04/2015 21:09

BrandyAlexander · 22/04/2015 22:07

Drywhiteplease · 22/04/2015 22:11

Drywhiteplease · 22/04/2015 22:12

BlairWaldorfLovesShopping · 22/04/2015 22:37

Haha Dry!

No, am keeping the 4 from the uniqlo order, must have somehow had 6 already. I realise this is verging on crazy. Grin

Drywhiteplease · 22/04/2015 22:51

Blair what's the silk like? Review says its a bit thin, are they sheer?

Cranagh · 22/04/2015 23:07

Fedup, it's me with the jacket, I've had it two years and it is the first time I've worn it. Thought it would be bad after doing House of Colour because of the black trim but I think I overthink things sometimes.Grin I got it from Nordstrom's discount website.

My dad and brother are in Dublin and I've gone back three or four times a year and kept in touch with my friends there so always considered it home really. I love Dublin and had a great upbringing there, I hope it will be the same for my girls. I will miss London, and the DC go to a fantastic school here, but we are thinking ahead to secondary, which is another factor. They are only 7 and almost 4 but it will come around fast!

Uniqlo silk sounds great, *Blair, I must try it.

BrandyAlexander · 22/04/2015 23:07

Grin Dry bless.

Cranagh · 22/04/2015 23:09

Ellis, quite excited but I keep thinking of what I have to do to get organised and I don't yet have a school place for my DD1 so keep worrying about that (but I am sure it will work out). The move from the US to London was much easier as DH's company were relocating us and did everything, this time we have to arrange it

BerniceBobsHerHair · 23/04/2015 08:17

Morning. Had a chuckle yesterday at Dry's typos and Blair's attempts to decipher.

I am thinking of jumping on the uniqlo silk bandwagon with this blouse

I tried on some Gap jeans recently (true skinny high rise and legging jeans) and liked them - but wondered if they end up stretching out of shape? Has anyone else got them?

Cranagh move sounds exciting and the right thing for your family.

Ellis welcome back.

Stokey · 23/04/2015 09:35

Oh no it's gone cold Sad

I'm in Hoxton skinnies, black Stans, mint green jumper and black bomber, which has much shallower pockets than my parka with the result that I smashed my phone falling out on the school run this morning... 3rd phone in a year eek.

Dry I' really struggling with our Cos jumper, I think I may be too curvy for it. It either makes my hips or boobs look big. What are you wearing yours with? I've tried with skinnies, harems and mini & maxi skirt so far...
