NOMurDErousPLUME i got a sample of this from John Lewis on Friday also a sample of the new one, so I use them on alternative days.

NOMurDErousPLUME · 30/10/2006 12:14

I wasn't hugely impressed with it. I mean it was ok, but very, very expensive, especially given that I wear make up once in a blue moon and make up goes off.

pooka · 30/10/2006 12:15

Clarins tinted moisturiser
touche eclat on shadows under eyes
some virgin vie liquid blusher (pinch your cheeks?)
that's it

hotandbothered - lightly stipple it on blemishes and 'paint' a line with it under eyes/on nose/patchy redness.

I have zits despite eating plenty of fresh fruit and veg and all the right foods for acne (nuts, pulses, fish etc), not taking any form of artificial hormones, not being pregnant and not breastfeeding, using Clinique foundation and powder (though it has made a difference in the three months I've been using it) and doing all the things that you're supposed to do and not doing the things you're not supposed to do when you have problem skin! Grrrrrrrrr!! I hate my skin!

Rant over. Please continue.

ShowOfBloodyAndSeveredHands · 30/10/2006 12:20

He he ShinyHappyPurpleSeveredHeads, one day I will whip off my moth-eaten grey cardie, fling the spectacles to one side and shimmy up the aisles of books. Will report back re. whether colleagues are taken aback by my natural and hitherto undiscovered beauty or whether my lack of spectacles calls me to trip over my book trolley.

I actually don't wear make-up cos I'm a bit of a tight and lazy moo and as I've never worn it, I don't think I really need it. Ask me again when I'm 30...

mascaraohara · 30/10/2006 12:21

none and I'm at work (felt ill this morning)

Cappuccino · 30/10/2006 12:22

mascara - Maybelline

asleep · 30/10/2006 12:30

none
at home

Pollybloodyanna · 30/10/2006 12:38

chanel vitelumiere foundation (I'm not convinced it makes me look young and dewy),
mac concealer (failing to cover up my black eye and my shadows),
maybelline mascara,
mac eye liner,
mac bronzer,
mac blusher and
no mac lipgloss (had some on this morning).
I am at home, but need makeup now to look ok and to feel dressed. I am not under 30

caffeinequeencanpoacheggs · 30/10/2006 12:43

Have been out for work meeting but home now:
Benefit Rebel tinted moisturiser
Eyeliner and eyeshahow and mascara
Elizabeth Arden 8 hour cream tinted lip balm (well put it on at like 9am so none left now)
Pout blusher
When at home - lucky if I put moisturiser on. V spotty at moment.

Frogdelalune · 30/10/2006 13:01

none, home (I occasionally wear touch of eyeliner and the slightest brush of lip pen but apart from that zilch).

Couldn't be arsed with it all tbh, and would begrudge spending money on it.

skanger · 30/10/2006 13:09

polyfilla

JoshandJamie · 30/10/2006 13:31

Working at home. Remains of yesterday's mascara under my eyes so that I look like a panda bear.

hotandbothered · 30/10/2006 13:38

lol at Skanger! Obviously that's where I'm going wrong...

Cappuccino · 30/10/2006 16:06
