was a bit shocked to see this pic of the lovely KY- is this too many fillers, too much Botox, or weight gain ( looking at arms.)

Just another one making herself look weird when the intention was to make herself look younger. I think it's sad.

Her face is nothing like it was a few years back...she isn't the same person!

I saw her on crime watch the other day and was shocked.

I have had botox (you might have seen the secret botox thread) and the one thing I said to the nurse was I don't want to look like Kirsty young!

She looks terrible!

I think the photo is quite odd and unflattering. She doesn't look like that when I've seen her on Crimewatch.

Not many people's faces get fatter as they age.

Anyway, back to subject in hand - I can't quite believe it's her. Bad botox, bad. She's younger than moi but bizarrely looks older'n me. Odd.

Bloated face can look fat and can be a result of illness, often happens as people age.

Yes thats true but a fat bloated ill face usually doesn't have a static brow but its a possibility i suppose.

It really makes you wonder why the thought of looking older is so very terrifying that this seems preferable

She looks like Carla Bruni.

I don't really like getting into these bashes- sorry and I know I started it- but her face has gradually changed in a way that not older, just different.

Possibly.
But to me it looks like she's gained a lot of weight and it's gone to her cheeks.

I'd bet good money that those cheeks are the result of fillers rather than weight gain. The way they're pushing up into her eyes is a giveaway.

She looks so much nicer and more normal in that pic from 2012. She's starting to look like Madonna with her rigid, plump face and hamster-ish cheeks. To all these women - please stop! You look ridiculous and NO-ONE IS FOOLED!!!

It doesn't look like weight gain to me. I agree with juneau that her face looks bigger in a very rigid way, which is exactly what Madonna looks like these days. Look at Simon Cowell as well - his face is so pumped with fillers it's like his entire face is 50% bigger than the average man's.
