was a bit shocked to see this pic of the lovely KY- is this too many fillers, too much Botox, or weight gain ( looking at arms.)

What I really don't understand is: these are stylish women who can afford the best treatments going.
Can they not see how awful they look?
Have they no friends who will tell them??

Her skin does look very smooth but then again that could be clever make up and lighting.

I gained 1.5 stone this past year due to medication. All the weight went on my legs, arms & face. When I look at photos from when I was at my largest, my skin does look much smoother and plumped up so I can imagine someone thinking I had had fillers or botox. I've lost the weight now and my face has slackened a little

Laughing at Simon Cowell's face being 50% bigger than a normal man's. Nicole kidman looks dreadful. I can understand how NK can live in some bubble and completely lose sight of what a normal face looks like but KY, surely, isn't so detached? So,.how can't she see what she's doing?

Botox just relaxes muscles.
That must be mainly down to fillers.
Not a good look on her though.

If it's fillers then it must be a bucket load. I have a friend who had some done and she said they used 1ml per cheek just to even out a tiny bit of sagging across the top of the cheek. I can't believe women have gallons pumped in because for a start it would be painful and also incredibly expensive- friend paid £650 for 2 mls.

TBH, it looks to me like she put on weight.

OMG!!! I would NOT have recognised her. She is older in that other shot but far more natural and lovely. Utterly shocking. I dont think that is just weight gain. I think that is either fillers or medication. She looks puffy.

She had such a natural pretty look, a real face.

I guess it's hard seeing yourself age on TV. Though who'd know when you do radio?!

I know the Renee Z thing has been discussed to death but I just can't get over it....she looks like a completely different person..I just imagine if one of my friends did that to their dear but slightly wrinkled faces, I would be devastated and think who are you???!

I don't think she looks bad! Compared to that picture of Nicole Kidman she looks amazing!

I saw that photo yesterday and couldn't think who it was, am worrying about peri-menopausal memory loss, and was delighted to realise it wasn't my brain but her face.

She looks really odd, like it should be lovely but isn't.

Oh my goodness - that is more than weight gain. She looks massively different.

She doesnt look bad...if thats what she looked like before...but it isnt!!

Completely different person but along the same lines - Anne Robinson, while watching her on Watchdog, my OH asks why is it that she can only move her lips, the rest of her face is like set in stone! I say she's probably talking out of her a$$ - literally!

I wonder if she's had fat transfer at some point and then put on weight?

She does look different. But hard to say how much is just weight gain rather than anything else.

I've been watching her on Crimewatch for some years and felt she was destroying her lovely face with Botox or fillers or something. What a shame.
I thought she'd have more sense.

I watched "This Is Where I Leave You" the other night. Great cast, lots of great female actors....but all their faces were fucked.

Some had had good, quite subtle botox/fillers (Oh hai Tina Fey) others not so much.

Watched a film with Sofia Vergara in recently too. Incredibly attractive woman and yet if she keeps on stretching her face I imagine the Joker from Batman will start popping up soon in her place.

ps by which I meant, that every single actress had had their face altered.
