Have you tried it on? I wonder if a dress would look better on somebody your height/size - it's hard to say without seeing it on.

I think it's lovely, but you need to try it on and see if it flatters you.

I think it's lovely but I am a 12 - 14 and prefer a dress due to my height and bottom heavy.

That said, you will know when you try it. It is pretty and on trend so I wouldn't say no.
