long fitted waterproof coat (mac?) with a hood?

Does anyone know whether such an item exists?
I'd like it to be smart-ish (i.e., could wear over a dress for work) and not too expensive. Can't find anything on Google. Any ideas?

I've just ordered this. They didn't do full length last year so I got the shorter one, and it was never off my back from September till May.
Can't wait for the new longer length one to arrive.

Patagonia do nice waterproof smart trench coats, though I don't think they have their winter stock up on the site yet.

Have you looked at Seasalt's Rain range? They pass the school run/office test here. And pull in round the hood.

Capsicum, those look nice but there must be a trick, surely, at that price?! Perhaps they would fall apart?

It looks shapeless on the hanger but is actually a parka shape and looks a million times better on.

I also bought a dark teal cotton trader one for under a tenner which was on ebay, new and unworn!

I bought the cotton traders blue spotty one for my 16 year old daughter and she loos fab in it. She made me order a size bigger for her, a 12 so she wears or oversized and it looks lovely.

What's the sizing like for the Hellweathers, Shia? They look lovely.

I've bought a ten and it's roomy so I would say they allow room for jumpers etc underneath.

It looks like an old ladies coat in the pictures and on the hanger but looks much better hen worn as it is actually parka shaped. It's very well made and warm when it's cold but cool when it's hot.

I've seen them for years and thought they were horribly frumpy but I can honestly say they look a million times better when worn. I'm impressed!

I have Seasalt Janelle in Navy. It has seen me through walking to school, then work in every weather for the last 3 years and looks as good as new. Goes in the washing machine too. Fitted style that looks good (I think) over smart work clothes and jeans n boots. Sizes come up a bit big.
I also have a Seaside mac which is lighter and less fitted, but also goes with everything. Good in bad springs/autumns when the weather is all over the place. Can easily get a jumper under it if needed. Was gutted when someone in my office bought the same one!

Intrigued. I'm a 14 on top but am always a bit hit and miss on coat sizing as I have coats that fit me perfectly in 12 (Toast), 14 (most places), and 16 (Boden) right now - the Fifecountry site has them in a 12, wonder if it's worth a go...

Clock I don't think there's a 'trick' at that price, so to speak. I just think they are cheap cagoule / pac a mac type coats. I have bought cheap cagoule coats before that have lasted for years.

I tried on several in Seasalt outlet the Hellweathers was only about cheaper than the link above but was too frumpy for me. Not frumpy that's not right, just too not quite sure not for me. Sizes are huge though easily room for a jumper. I almost bought a tin cloth one but have put a bit of weight on and size 8 was tight but size 10 massive lots were £45-£75 there. Might have to go back for another look almost got lump of weight off
