long fitted waterproof coat (mac?) with a hood?

Does anyone know whether such an item exists?
I'd like it to be smart-ish (i.e., could wear over a dress for work) and not too expensive. Can't find anything on Google. Any ideas?

I have the Helly Hansen Belfast coat. It's pretty amazing! Not sure if it qualifies as smart enough but the black/grey one would be. I am actually a 10/12 and went for L and it's pretty roomy - which i wanted as it's for wearing over stuff- but a more fitted sizing would be very smart

My coat has arrived. I am DELIGHTED. I'm 5'8" and it's properly long, past my knees. Sleeve length also v good. Fleece lined pockets, really well made. Not yet tested in wet weather obvs!

Blondie you won't regret it, It's totally weather proof!
