I bought some, it's not turned up and no answer to emails to the company.

Do I need to cancel my debit card?

when did you order? its coming from America so would take a while.

its quite a basic looking website and looks v new like it hasnt been up and running long.

It would worry me that their contact address is in the US, but they are purporting to be a UK site. A search of their claimed address threw up this

Arse! I didn't see the US bit just that they were uk and did first class delivery. Bloody annoyed at myself as I am usually so careful.

If it doesn't turn up phone your bank and ask for any continuous debits to be stopped. I was done by kelp tablets, got my money back after a month.

You can try and claim they money back through your bank if item did not arrive even if you paid by debit card.
It would be item not arrived - but you'd have to wait a certain length of time after expected arrival date.
