Good slim fit trousers for pear shape

Just that really.

Since I've discovered some skinny jeans look quite nice on, I'm tempted by slim trousers for wearing when going out because that's gonna happen often with an 11-week old.

Who does nice ones that flatter a pear shape? I'm 5ft 3, 12-14, maybe a little less now I'm slimmer

I find ankle skimming length slim trousers most flattering and versatile, they look great with heels or flats.

I really like the Next ultimate capri trousers, nice slim fit and good thickness - I have them in black and navy but think they might do a few more colours too. Zara and Mango are also good for slim fitting trousers, sizing can be a little weird so I always need to try a few sizes either side of my normal 8-10.

Ha ha at 'giraffes', I wish! I'm 5 ft 4, worlds shortest giraffe :). I've recently bought perfect ankle length trousers from Zara & Mango, so give them a try if you have shops locally.

The next trousers are quite smart (I've worn them with a blazer for work), but would also look good with a casual t-shirt etc. The fabric is medium weight with a good amount of stretch so they keep their shape really well. Fit is slim without being tight in the leg.
