bearing in mind my confusion, I'd go with a lightweight sparkly silver shoe and bag maybe. The ones on the model are too heavy and just horrid imo.

I've got a similar VW dress but block colour so I don't know how relevant how I wear it is!
V high heels as it's just below knee length. I don't wear a necklace because of the neckline. Nice bangle?
It's lovely. I'm wearing a different one tonight and won't accessorise it so as to not to distract from the shape.

How about navy or blue courts or heels? A little softer than black. I think nude heels would make the whole look a little too muted.

I used to have some gorgeous blue suede peeptoe heels from office that would go really well - not much help to you though!

I'd say high-heeled boots - not black, but quite bolshy - or the Whistles shoe boots. They'd look great imo. And strong, defined jewellery with some turquoise.

Love the Whistles boots, but just not my style to wear them with the dress.

Sousadelic, she doesn't look that thin to me, now the woman who models Massimo Dutti clothes clearly is too thin for them - she needs a 6 and they've put her in an 8. (Honestly shops, if you don't do small sizes, don't hire a small model for your website, it just makes all your clothes look like they are shapeless)

123 Jump and Remus - How could you! I cannot buy or wear either the dress or those gorgeous shoes due to size issues. I particularly love the shoes (weeps) and I shall always worship at the alter of VW.
