Nothing too sweet or overpowering - just something really fresh and clean smelling. I quite like aftershave/cologne type smells as well as citrus smells. Thanks all

Lush does a perfume called 25:43 that I love. It's citrus-y and quite cologne-y, although it does have a strong vanilla note - so maybe not light enough? Here's the link: www.lush.co.uk/products/2543

CK1 Summer.

Limited edition, changes slightly every year, but the base notes are the same.

It's very light and fresh. Smile

Light Blue by Dolce and Gabanna or Sunshine by Paul Smith.

Escape for Men is nice - just masculine enough
Bois d'Orange by Roger & Gallet is a good citrusy Eau de cologne
Eau Dynamisante by Clarins - fab but needs a couple of top ups in the day

VioletGoesVintage · 28/05/2014 16:23

I like DKNY Be Delicious - the green one - as a light, fresh day-time scent.

Green Tea by Estée Lauder is quite nice. It was on one of those Mumsnet Recommends emails.

bouquetofpencils · 28/05/2014 16:32

Eau Dynamisante by Clarins

Clinique Happy.

Lavender and Verbena by Crabtree and Evelyn, really fresh and citrussy.

BuzzardBird · 28/05/2014 16:34

Eau de the blanc (white tea) by bvlgari is divine. I must try the Estee one to see if it is similar. The smell of vanilla makes me gippy so find it hard to find a summer scent that I love.

syllabubble · 28/05/2014 16:45

Estee Lauder's White Linen is a very clean, fresh scent. Also Annick Goutal Eau d'Hadrien is citrusy with herb/grass notes.

Lottapianos · 28/05/2014 17:52

Wow, absolutely loads of options! Thanks everyone, I'm sure I will have fun choosing

Clarins Eau de Jardins or Clarins Eau Ressourcante are my fave day wear fragrances.

Msvenus · 28/05/2014 18:38

Eva by Benefit
Envy 1 by Gucci

I love this one for summer, and people often ask what it is:

Clarins Eau Dynamisante or the body spray in the blue bottle by Clarins

bringbacksideburns · 28/05/2014 19:14

CK INTU.

Love Soap and Glory from Boots- and it's cheap! (Very fresh, clean smell)

Woman at work has this and it's gorgeous, really light but lovely

Verbena Eau de Toilette by l'occitane

daisydaisys · 28/05/2014 19:23

I second Eau Dynamisante by Clarins xxx

TenMinutesToLanding · 28/05/2014 20:50

I love this Guerlain one, very fresh.

Also love these bargainous Monotheme ones from M&S, only £22.50. I've got the lemon and the Verde d'Arancia. Really citrusy.

tigerdriverII · 28/05/2014 21:18

Any of the Clarins ones. I've just got a white tea and rose cologne from The Bath House - very good rose scent at a good price.

gladyoucame · 28/05/2014 22:28

Chanel Cristalle Eau Vert is a lovely green citrus (that's how I think of it) really nice on a warm day. But it's expensive... Also the second the Blue Clarins one, Eau Resourcante which is nice too and cheaper

TenMinutes, I love your M&S suggestions! Are they fairly long lasting or do they fade very quickly? I've had that problem with M&S perfumes before
