can anyone recommend a light, fresh day perfume?

Nothing too sweet or overpowering - just something really fresh and clean smelling. I quite like aftershave/cologne type smells as well as citrus smells. Thanks all

Origins Ginger Essence or Pure Grace by Philosophy are my recs. Clean, fresh, wholesome scents both like me.

O de Lancome. Nice & light & citrus smell. Clarins away Dynamisante too. The body lotion smells stronger & the smell lasts longer than the spray.

I wear this in the summer and get a lot of compliments on it, very fresh and light.

Dyptique Philosykos, it is figs and green musk and it is so the smell of summer. Divine on men and women.

Or my old fave: Eau de Rochas- wonderfully fresh and smells of the sea.

I second mark Jacobs daisy! Or even boss orange that's quite light, Armani Si or d&g dolce is nice too!

The M&S ones are stocked by them rather than made by them. They are 'proper' scents not M&S rip-off jobbies. The bergamot one is also nice.

I wish I liked citrus perfumes on me

Eau Ressourcante by Clarins - the blue bottle. Such a lovely fresh day perfume and cheaper than most.

Clinique recently released Calyx which is a really crisp, fresh citrus perfume, I love it!

Viktor and Rolf le eau de mega is lovely too I love Flowerbomb but this is a more 'daytime' scent

Lotta, they seem fairly long lasting - longer than my feckin Jo Malone ones grrr.

They were recommended on here actually by someone so I went in for a sniff and then got two for my birthday. The limone one is really lemony - if you're near M&S go and have a sniff, I'm a sucker for citrus fragrance though.
