I bought a dress...can I have some help with accessories?

I made a bit of a spontaneous purchase this morning - this dress.

It's to wear for a wedding at the end of March. I didn't go out looking for something to wear to the wedding but saw it and liked it. What do you think?

I'm not the most stylish of ladies...SAHM who lives in jeans and jumpers so I do tend to go for 'safe' options! So now I'm wondering how to accessorise the dress...can someone please help me? What colour shoes would you wear/bag/jewellery/tights?

What height are you? High heel or flat/flatter?

The neck line of the dress would not suit a necklace, it's high.

Go for bracelet earrings combo.

Like other poster silver or not brassy gold.

Red would be nice, or if you want to stay 'safer', cream is always nice with navy.

I'm tall - 5ft 10 so would feel more comfortable in a lower heeled shoe. I'd like a bit of a heel but unfortunately the lovely shoe suggestions so far are too high for me. I'd also like closed toe not sandels. Love the idea of red shoes with it.

And what about a bag? And where's a good place to look for jewellery online? I would prefer silver jewellery I think.

Agree re dangly earrings too but not too 'busy' design ones and maybe a plain bangle or two too.

I'd go with matt gold or pewter clutch, heels and earring s and leave it at that. Lovely dress btw
