Do you...

  • love fashion (high and low end), style, beauty?
  • spend way more time than is healthy for anyone thinking about the contents of your wardrobe?
  • wish you had the nerve to apply for Mastermind with your specialist subject being the history of H&M collaborations?

If so come and chat! Hugs and kisses allowed

stokey I have small boobs and they looked massive when I tried the Jeanne on,so I thought the collarless ones are a better choice.

MarshaBrady · 16/01/2014 17:11

Hi Foxy great to see you! Sounds so lovely.

Santa great work on the DvF and Decam. It's lovely, wish I could do wrap!

Umlauf pretty dress, agree on Jaegar.

Welcome Stokey!

Thanks Shop and Decam, was very nice and hugely indulgent since he had to go back to work pretty quickly.

Was thinking today (I know Dry, didn't mean to). Funny how you never really hear about Jigsaw anymore.

justasecond · 16/01/2014 17:43

Happy birthday Marsha and Mr Marsha*!! Is it today? Hope yu have a great time.
I used to buy lots in Jigsaw about 12 or so years ago. In fact I still have a full length black wool coat that still looks great. It is not really on my radar anymore and when I go past the concession in JL always looks a bit frumpsville now. I am sure the clothes used to be more fashionable before.
Glad you found the bag Liberty, do report back when it arrives.

Decameron · 16/01/2014 17:47

Woohoo, Santa!

I used to love Jigsaw too but rarely look there anymore.

BecauseIsaidS0 · 16/01/2014 18:16

foxy, you in Mysore by any chance?

MarshaBrady · 16/01/2014 18:17

Justa Wedding anniversary! Well two days ago, but celebrated today.

Yes I used to covet my sister's Jigsaw coat, think it was about 12 years ago. It was grey with a fake fur trim, thought it looked so chic.

Annianni · 16/01/2014 18:49

Can people please give me a bit of warning on here, when they change their name on Pin.

Twice now QueenC and Grumpy I've almost had a flipping heart attack, wondering who the fuck is commenting on mnv...

Thanks Smile

Annianni · 16/01/2014 18:51

Oh, and I still desperately want to try those paler Aidens.
Fingers crossed they come back into stock

Drywhiteplease · 16/01/2014 19:00

Evening all!
Foxy sounds like you're having an amazing time. V Envy of the heat! but after the pre Christmas building stress you deserve a break.
Stokey hello and welcome
Marsha happy anniversary for 2 days ago Grin how many years now?
Grumpy nice dress indeed.
Liberty fashion fate once again! Can you link it? I must have missed it.
Shop a dressing gown at pre school Shock sure it wasn't a fashion statement?!
Amber a red pashli my god I bet it looks amazing! can you blog some outfits?

I've had a little look at jigsaw, not the best time to pass judgement. Not much new stock, but I killed these bits:
sweet
very nice I really fancy a pale blue silk shirt, so I can subtly do the pastel trend without committing too much.
I've never liked yellow but this is strangely appealing
now I'm tempting myself

Took my bin bags to the tip and charity shop before I cracked....think I'm suffering from post traumatic stress disorder Grin Wink

Drywhiteplease · 16/01/2014 19:01

I "LIKED" ....I hope I haven't "killed" them by linking!!!!!!!Grin

Decameron · 16/01/2014 19:03

Well done, Dry! I like that short sleeve blue shirt too.

I am not sure who's who on Pinterest any more.

Fedupnagging · 16/01/2014 19:04

Good job the 7/8's were French Connection not Jigsaw (I got it wrong). Thinking about it, I don't think I've bought anything from there for years.

I like those DVF dresses but find they enhance my stomach rather than hide it.

Happy anniversary Marsha. Champagne at lunchtime, how lovely.

Off to meet some friends for a drink soon. Am going to wear green skinnies ( yet again but not much left in my wardrobe, post Xmas clear out) tan knee length boots and, stripey Zara jumper and bird scarf.

Annianni · 16/01/2014 19:08

Welcome Stokey.

And to Foxy Envy

MarshaBrady · 16/01/2014 19:09

Have fun Fedup and thanks!

Dry lol, well you may just have single-handedly re-booted Jigsaw with a few links Grin.

9 years, but together for 12 years I think! Got together just after the 2002 world cup. So yep. I remember walking into the room where we were watching it and doing that.. is he here, check, yep quick look and vice versa, I fancy you quick eye contact Grin

Fedupnagging · 16/01/2014 19:10

Yellow is a difficult colour to wear. It looks great with navy though. If I bought the trousers, I was thinking of teaming them with this jumper.

I love navy and I will get a lot of wear out of it.

Sleepwhenidie · 16/01/2014 19:11

Happy Anniversary Marsha

Large Winenow Dry - well done!

I feel the same about Jigsaw, not sure why I stopped liking it, did it just get a bit formulaic and sort of expensive Boden for a while?

Can somebody please talk me out of [[http://shop.zoe-jordan.com/collections/top-knits/products/dias-jumper?utm_source=Zoe+Jordan+List&utm_campaign=0c62a65264-New-Site-Launch&utm_medium=email&utm_term=0_bfb8f32233-0c62a65264-108034821 this]? I have been so good this month so far, helped by the fact that I haven't seen anything I really, really like, but this....

BlairWaldorfLovesShopping · 16/01/2014 19:11

Happy anniversary Marsha and welcome stokey hello!

In my head Jigsaw and Jaeger go together (apart from Boutique). Would probably never look there, but I have a jumper of theirs from atterley road. All the things you "killed" are nice though dry Wink

Would love to try a DVF wrap but haven't yet seen a print I loved enough to take the plunge (unintended pun?)

Sleepwhenidie · 16/01/2014 19:12

I can't even link any more, that's how good I've been Grin

sweater

Annianni · 16/01/2014 19:14

Happy anniversary Marsha and dh.

It was 5 years last week since dh and I met.
During which time we have...

Dh got divorced
I moved house
Ds1 changed school
We got engaged
We sold my house
We got married
Had a baby
I gave up work
Sold dh's house
Bought our new house

No wonder I'm stressed!? :o

Sleepwhenidie · 16/01/2014 19:14

Love this dress too but I'm not tempted, given the weather. Also needs a tan I think unlike the cold looking model

MarshaBrady · 16/01/2014 19:16

lol yes she looks a bit cold- blotchy!

Annianni · 16/01/2014 19:17

I love that Sleep but it looks a bit draughty for now :o

BlairWaldorfLovesShopping · 16/01/2014 19:19

Wow anni you have been busy! It's been (nearly) 5 years for me and DP but we aren't even engaged. So I'm in even more awe of your list!

fedup I think that would look great and yellow is definitely easier to wear away from the face.

sleep I will try... you can't get it because your shoulders will get cold?! Wink

Annianni · 16/01/2014 19:21

I meant I loved the sweater.

That poor model has corned beef legs Shock
Nice summer dress though... reminds me of a Mondrian painting.

Annianni · 16/01/2014 19:23

Blair we were engaged after 4 months and living together within 6 :o
