ok here's the deal
this weekend when oyu are out you have to idntify ONE person who looks relaly good ( you can slef nominate) that oyu see aound the place.

you have to look at him.her/it and say WHY they looked good and describe the outfit..
dh and i play this sometimes where we are out,

You are all too judgemental with too much time on your hands

harpsichordcarrier · 07/07/2006 10:04

I am judgemental, because I am alive fgs.
I don't have too much time but I do have too much untapped energy.
I am innervated (sp?) by wiping too many arses
which is why I have to bitch all day
keeps me sane(ish)

FrannyandZooey · 07/07/2006 10:05

You have jif on your hands

and you are mental

MrsBadger · 07/07/2006 10:07

I only do it because it's one of the few things I can feel Smug about (am lazy slattern in all other areas as cobwebbed beerbottle shows)

ILoveYouRhubarb · 07/07/2006 10:09

harpsi dont try and justify yourself to me darling

Youre a smug judger

harpsichordcarrier · 07/07/2006 10:10

true, true.
honestly the day I stop judging is the day I die.
my mum tells the story of the day my granny died and the last thing she did was reach for her blusher brush.
what an inspiration

Northerner · 07/07/2006 10:13

Oh I love things like this. At work we judge folk all of teh time - tis great fun.

Am off to supermarket in a mo with ds, will keep eyes peeled for stylih folk and report back.

nailpolish · 07/07/2006 10:14

count me in

im going to a garden party on saturday so i ws kind of thinking it would be slightly boring, but not now

might even try and take photos on camera phone

nailpolish · 07/07/2006 10:16

lol @ harpsi's relative reaching for the blusher

sounds like how id like to go to

"just pass me the touche eclat darling..............."

MrsBadger · 07/07/2006 10:23

Going to the Goodwood Festival of Speed on Sat, so not sure that I'll see anyone particularly stylish (and I'm sure I won't). Will try though...

thewomanwhothoughtshewasahat · 07/07/2006 13:31

can't stop doing this know, and it's a very interesting exercise cos it makes you think about what yuo wear yourself. just saw someon in a lovely long brown skirt - lots of material very elegantly cut, had a small teal wrap thing on top - colours not perfect but lines v. good.

thewomanwhothoughtshewasahat · 07/07/2006 13:31

now

moondog · 07/07/2006 13:34

I think it's faaaaaar more fun to so some judging of badly dressed women, like the moose I saw in town today.

Sun bed basted gut hanging over black trousers with 'Los Angeles' emblazoned across arse.
A sneaky peek of her grimy pink thong, badly fitting bra (you know, the sort that pushes the nipples into a southerly position) mottles pink and beefy upper arms and a fag poked into her cat's arse mouth (plus requisite snotty toddler in pushchair avec regulation rainhood)

I did of course tut loudly as I walked past shaking my head.
A co-ordinating vision in cerise and blackcurrent Boden natch.

controlfreaky · 07/07/2006 13:38

ooooh. what are you like?
can i play?

Gobbledigook · 07/07/2006 14:24

expatinscotland · 07/07/2006 14:29
