What's your toddler dd wearing on her feet this winter?

Dd (2.5yo) has cheap Velcro plimsoles but they are starting to fall apart after a summer of hard wear and aren't really suitable any more.
I don't want to get her a ballet pump with an ankle strap type job from Clarks as they're not suitable for cold or wet weather and a toddler who can find a puddle with her eyes shut.

Can you show me what you've got/ getting? :)

Oh and I only want to buy her one pair of shoes so they need to be suitable for all types of casual clothes - dd isn't a party dress sort of girl yet thank goodness- she will cost enough in clothes later on :)

Personally I think you do need two things.

Nice warm boots / ankle boots similar to above

Waterproof snow boots for deep puddle hump

Oops- snow boots for puddle jumping/ snow/ winter walks

Snowgal they're gorgeous. Do they do them in big sizes?!?

I'm in the same boat needing something for 2.5yo DD who's currently only got glittery canvas pumps. Some of those are lovely but £40 on toddler boots!

Where do you buy waterproof snowboots for 2-3yo?

I've managed to stash an unworn gold pair away from when DD1 was small. They are lovely, comfy, go with everything and are very hard-wearing.

Worth the £££ IMO, although ebay is best for cheaper ones.

JoJo maman bebe do wellies and snow boots for tiny feet. They were the only place I could find a size 3.

Lidl have excellent fleece lined wellies, but they started too big for my 2 year old.

Go to an independent shop that does European brands and buy her some waterproof boots/snowboots.

Leather boots for everyday, Wellies with multiple socks for snow/very very wet days. Possibly jazzy party shoes from tesco or similar for Xmas and parties.

Oh yes, and kickers are brilliant for littlies.

DD is wearing these. I may also buy her boots if the winter is very cold.

Peppa pig snow boots we picked up brand new from a car boot sale for 50p because someone bought them for their DD to grow into and they didn't fit her at the right time of year

Autumn either clarks leather ankle boots or wellies.

Winter mid-calf Clarks leather boots or these snowboots.

Both dcs had snow boots from Aldi last year - they were excellent, really did the job. Only about £8...! I'm hoping they do them again this year.

Thanks, for the suggestion on jo jo maman bebe and independents. There are both of these in that expensive old town close to us which I seldom set foot on.
