I have a much loved Simone Shailes sweater <a class="break-all" href="http://www.google.co.uk/imgres?imgurl=www.elleuk.com/var/elleuk/storage/images/fashion/need-to-know-designers/simone-shailes/2397265-1-eng-GB/simone-shailes_GB.jpg&imgrefurl=www.elleuk.com/fashion/designers-to-know/node_220843&h=361&w=274&sz=28&tbnid=noVmFwnTZOOUoM:&tbnh=105&tbnw=80&zoom=1&usg=__JeoQ7AECVH4-DyLFXdTm1uYRtWU=&docid=d4yV1Sp_roRnoM&sa=X&ei=BZMcUq2HM8ye0wWxzIHgDw&ved=0CEMQ9QEwAA&dur=1616" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">this sort of thing but less fancy (circa 2008/9)

The neck is unravelling down to the shoulder. I haven't knitted for about thirty years.

Can anyone recommend a really, really good knitter who could do it? Doesn't matter where in the country if it can be safely posted.
