I have a much loved Simone Shailes sweater <a class="break-all" href="http://www.google.co.uk/imgres?imgurl=www.elleuk.com/var/elleuk/storage/images/fashion/need-to-know-designers/simone-shailes/2397265-1-eng-GB/simone-shailes_GB.jpg&imgrefurl=www.elleuk.com/fashion/designers-to-know/node_220843&h=361&w=274&sz=28&tbnid=noVmFwnTZOOUoM:&tbnh=105&tbnw=80&zoom=1&usg=__JeoQ7AECVH4-DyLFXdTm1uYRtWU=&docid=d4yV1Sp_roRnoM&sa=X&ei=BZMcUq2HM8ye0wWxzIHgDw&ved=0CEMQ9QEwAA&dur=1616" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">this sort of thing but less fancy (circa 2008/9)

The neck is unravelling down to the shoulder. I haven't knitted for about thirty years.

Can anyone recommend a really, really good knitter who could do it? Doesn't matter where in the country if it can be safely posted.

.....And it would be helpful to get a rough idea of what someone might reasonably charge for the work....

Evening.

We're going to trundle this over to style and beauty.

invisible menders of knightsbridge are the 'ultimate' apparently, but probably not cheap, and have also come across these people before.

Thank you Hopefully. I'll try them both - although I suspect they may say they don't do straight "knitting".
