Oh and thanks to OP for highlighting this. I have signed up and remain hopeful. I went to Bravissimo in Covent Garden and wasn't wowed by their service (though tbf it was the end of one of those stupidly hot days a few weeks ago).

Thanks again statistically. That does explain the awful backache and posture I've had. I had no idea I'd gone up that much. Really hadn't anticipated needing an e or f as I'm very petite to look at. I guess I'm off to the shops!

okay so as per this measuring guide I am a 28 under bust and 32 across the bust, put this into a bra size calculator and it says I am a 32d, I am 5ft4 and about a size 6-8, I recently got told at a shop I would have to order in my bras from china as they reckon I was a 26c, I normally wear a 30a or 32b, I don't know what size I am and in desperate need of help, what do you ladies think. should I try and get a 32d bra and see if it fits or not

Short answer is no. But given the dismay that is directed towards old threads on MN, you'd do better to open a new thread requesting a bra intervention.

A 26F would look quite sexy, I should imagine. I wear 36D and sometimes feel like I've got udders instead of breasts.

I measure 30 under band and I'm average height and build - I'm 5' 5" and slimish build . So I can see that a smaller woman who is very slim could easily measure 4 inches less than me . Not remotely anorexic

I'm a 30G or GG and look curvy but far from huge . My breasts would fit into a 28GG or H and a 26 J or K. Perfectly normal IMHO.
