Can anyone enlighten me as to what the key trends are likely to be for A/W 2013?

Am hoping that I wont have to add much to my current wardrobe to update my look. Hoping some of the bloggers who also mumsnet will contribute some advice too! TIA

the Pierrot look is very hot.

THink ruffle collar, multi coloured jacket and over sized large lace up shoes

Accessorise with a honky horn.

Crocs. The furry lined ones.

also the new urban Gritter look
Black utility trousers with a high viz gilet

acessories with a copy of the Daily Star

I'm thinking a nice trouser, or skirt, with a top and possibly some knitwear.

Team it with some shoes or boots and if you have too much stuff to fit in your pockets, I have heard lots of people are going to be carrying bags.

I don't belong here do I....

Wellies. Dungarees. Straw Hat.

as if anyone woudl go out in " jeans heels and a shit top"

Judging by the new next directory for A/W it includes lots of leather trim again this year.. ie; leather or faux leather sleeves on jumpers or tunics, down the side of leggings or even trim on collars & pockets.

Lots of leggings & tunic style tops & jumpers, peplum's still about, dark tweedy patterns. Lots of grey & black. Less sparkly than last A/W not so much army camo or rock chic thankfully.

I have just been looking at some of the a/w pieces and might get this skirt and jacket.

yes - 2012 very retro - last years clothes accessorised with an air of exasperation

Naval bohemia - a tight white legging, navy cropped jacket that OH SO HARD TO FIND trihorn hat accessorised with a comely wench on the arm

NEXT tells me that shoes will have an ankle cuff and something called a boy shoe will be very on trend
