Strapless LBD .. Do you wear a necklace or not? Helpp needed for smart party!

The google images of slebs show mainly bare necks with a strapless LBD.

But it all looks a bit minimal for me.

So, should I start looking for a necklace and if so, what type?

Chunky and colourful? Or strands of lots of beads? Or something else?

Big earrings?

Will you be wearing your hair up or down?
sometimes just a pair of longer/chandelier earrings is all you need

I am hoping to master the fishtail plait in time. Unless I get talked down about this? My 12yr old niece pulled a face when I told her that!

Is your hair quite long? so that the plait will fall over your shoulder?
If so, I would def go with just a pair of chandelier earrings and no necklace!

If the fishtail plait fails, will just have it down.

I think some statement earrings, no necklace and perhaps a bold cuff bracelet.

Have seen something recently it may be on Pinterest detailing all types of neckline and what type if necklace suits it, will try to find it.

If I was wearing that dress I would wear my hair down and just diamond stud earrings, and then a nice bracelet.

The ponytail/necklace look in that picture is very little girl I think.
