Please can someone help me find some shoes!

I have bought this dress for a wedding I'm going to next month as long as I lose enough weight to fit into it.

I need some shoes but have no idea where to start.

Would black be terribly boring? I can't have anything too high because I'd end up falling over .

I did have a fabulous pair of open-backed (mules?), pointy toed, kitten heels which I loved and served me well at a number of weddings but I misplaced them and don't know where to look for a replacement.

Also, I have awfully unattractive legs...any suggestions on how to make them look more presentable ?!

Re your legs. Exfoliate twice a week, moisturise every day, and try to walk for at least 1/2 hour every day. Or walk up and down stairs 10 times in a row twice every day.

Are you doing bare legs or tights?

I'm going to have to look in a few (rl) shops, I think.

I love the LK Bennett shoes but I think they might be a little over budget.

With that colour I'd go for metallics like these or these.
