Firstly apologies it has taken us so long to send out an email updating you on our sale. We have been giving updates on Facebook and twitter but, as a few of you have flagged up to us, not everyone sees those.
As I am sure you are aware the number of orders we received during our Birthday Flash Sale far exceeded even our most optimistic predictions. We had prepared to handle a lot more orders than a usual weekend but hadn't anticipated quite how many of you would leap at the chance to get bags for half price!
We want to reassure everybody who ordered during the sale that you will get your bags; there is no question about that. It is just taking longer than expected due to the large number of orders. While we normally make and dispatch bags within 10 days some of the sale orders are taking a lot longer than that. All of our bags are handmade to order so getting so many through the factory is taking some time, that said we are sending out hundreds of orders every day!
We are struggling to respond to all of the customer service enquiries we are getting at the moment both on the phone, email and on Facebook and twitter. We are only a small team so if the phone is busy or it takes a few days to reply to your emails then please bear with us, we will get back to you eventually.
Once your bag has been dispatched you will receive an email to let you know it is on it?s way. In the meantime thank you for your patience.
