Zatchels flash sale

Zatchels are having a 24 hour 50% off sale tomorrow. It's advertised on their Facebook page. I'm tempted but don't know whether to go for a classic colour (probably the navy) or one of the metallics. Has anyone ordered from them and could you recommend a colour? Thanks!

whats4teamum I am sure all will be fine . They seem like a good honest company . I ordered a satchel at xmas and was missing slider , they sent one to me within a day after I emailed .
I ordered a satchel for dd on saturday and did have email from them but I am sure they are snowed under with emails and orders at mo so could all take longer

I agree, I think you'll be ok. As furbaby says they'll be snowed under for the next few days. Busy day today at Zatchel HQ I'll warrant.

It took them about 24 hours to trace and confirm my order in case anyone is wondering - and I would have been ahead of all the rush at the end :)

I got an email from James today saying that they will be sending out half price codes to those who tried to order in the last few hours and had problems,which I think is very good customer service. Now all I need is not to get tempted again...

The leather satchel.co have good pics of sizes on their website. Am worried the 14.5 " will look too big as i am only 5,1" ?

I wanted to add a handle and slider to my order. I emailed on Sunday, phoned on Monday (voicemail full) and FB'ed on Monday pm. They did get back in touch but it's taking them a while. Can you imagine how busy they'll be?

I got through on the phone on Monday and can confirm they are just lovely.

They're really busy (obviously) but the lady I spoke to was so helpful. She said they're running to at least 30 days on delivery.

She told me to email my order details so they can match it to my PayPal payment. I haven't had confirmation yet but I am very confident all will be fine.

I love Zatchels!

Well, no answer on the phone, but...

...HURRAH, I got a reply to an email. So they've cancelled one of the duplicate transactions, and later this week, all those who tried to place an order that didn't go through will receive a code to get the 50% discount.

Theonlyoneiknow - if you look at the Leather Satchel Co website they've got pics of models wearing their satchels - think they do a 14" one so you can get an idea of size.

I've ordered a 16" zatchels one but then thought it'd be too big, so have emailed them and asked to change my order to a 14.5" - fingers crossed...

Thanks peeps I had a look at those but its just so hard to tell. I am quite little so worried it will be huge on me, swithering about seeing if I can swop it for the 13" but then worried I won't be able to fit all my crap in it :-)

Can you fashion a 'box' out of newspaper to the dimensions stated, then walk up and down in front of mirror, to gauge whether it IS too big for you? Obvs that wont help with the fitting of stuff.
