BaByliss big hair - is It worth it??

I have long, frizzy hair which I can only get looking nice with GHD's. The problem with this is that it's frying my hair and it can look very flat (as well as now being in v bad condition).

I would love that 'stepped out of the hairdresser' look but is it just hype? Has anyone used this and does I actually work? It's pretty pricey so I don't want to be sucked in!

Just too add sounds great if you have fine hair bit if you have thick hair just use hot rollers...

It was absolutely rubbish on my hair.

Funnily enough, I was thinking only last week that there hadn't been a Babyliss big hair thread for a while!! Grin

thanks luciani i am rather attached to my MN name! not many people get the reference....i think a lot of people think im a vicar Grin with a penchant for TuTus!

bacl to the BBH....funnily enough i have fine straight hair but loads of it. a few layers but not layered particularly.

DD has very very long hair, similar texture to mine but it did nothing for her hair - if its very long it just doesnt work.

i love it though. It works for mine really well and its so fast to do. If im wearing my hair down i use it without fail. (if its going in a bun or a clip i just rough dry it with a normal hairdryer)

I bought mine on MN recommendation and really like it. Got it for £29 too as was on offer at Amazon!

The debate goes on! Thanks so much for all of your views.

I think I will take a chance if I get get it for a reduced price!

I wouldn't waste your money. I got thru 3 before deciding enough was enough. Did find it very easy to use tho Smile

Took mine on holiday instead of a hairdryer... conked out on the first day :(

Had to buy overpriced crap hairdryer and have shit hair for the rest of my hols.

Me and the BBH were finished after that...
