It's me again - the one with bad taste in shoes! Tell what you think of these for the summer please?

I think they are pretty awful but passable.

Depends what they are with.. Calf length skirt and baggy top - hideous. Skinny jeans and stylish t-shirt - fine.

whatyoulookinat · 27/02/2013 15:02

Not my style but I don't dislike them.
They would look good with ankle length skinny trousers.

impty · 27/02/2013 15:03

Are you joking?Shock
They are not very nice at all.

AKissIsNotAContract · 27/02/2013 15:04

They are fugly, but if you like them then get them.

FunnysInLaJardin · 27/02/2013 15:04

sorry I don't like them.

JohnCravenRocks · 27/02/2013 15:04

Definitely skinny jeans variety - never, ever calf length skirt

OP posts:
MechanicalTheatre · 27/02/2013 15:05

They are hideous. Please get some brogues instead.

Curtsey · 27/02/2013 15:05

I like them.
Hah!
I think the nude version is great, very summery and flattering, and absolutely would look great with ankle length skinny trousers (preferably cuffed).

snoworneahva · 27/02/2013 15:05

Hate these - like loafers though.

Pollykitten · 27/02/2013 15:06

Oh crikey, fugly is right! If you want comfy shoes, why not have a look at Campers? At least these have a bit of je ne sais quoi! www.rubbersole.co.uk/Camper-PEU-CAMI-x173047.php Soz to be mean about your gap shoes...

FattyMcChubster · 27/02/2013 15:07

I actually like these and normally I detest anything of this type but... These are pretty nice Blush

Curtsey · 27/02/2013 15:08

Argh! Do not get pollykitten's shoes? They're mumsy.

Sorry pollykitten.

akaemmafrost · 27/02/2013 15:08

They're ok.

WipsGlitter · 27/02/2013 15:09

Dreadful. Before the pic loaded the title was suede fringe moccasins and I knew the would be hideous.

PrincessOfChina · 27/02/2013 15:09

Love them. I have a similar pair from Office with a white sole.

I wear them with skinny trousers and jeans. Defo no hippy skirts or baggyness.

curryeater · 27/02/2013 15:10

OP, name please because my work filter thinks that link is indecent or something? (I can prob google them)

JohnCravenRocks · 27/02/2013 15:11

Absolute no to brogues - they are everywhere right now. Far too trendy for me. And no to the Campers - no, no, no.

OP posts:
Curtsey · 27/02/2013 15:12

Get them, OP. But not the 'holiday cocoa' shade, that's not very nice. Whereas the pink/nude shade will go with everything.
I agree no to brogues. They're very 2010 Wink

JohnCravenRocks · 27/02/2013 15:13

Actually - I'm not getting the 100% revulsion I usually get with my M&S/Clarks offerings - think my taste must be improving :)

OP posts:
JohnCravenRocks · 27/02/2013 15:15

curtsey - you mean these ones when you say nude pink . I think you might be right.

OP posts:
MechanicalTheatre · 27/02/2013 15:17

Brogues are everywhere because they are comfy, practical and look good. Absolutely not 2010 (whatever that means), everyone wears them in east London, the very definition of hipsterdom.

curryeater · 27/02/2013 15:20

please please what are they called?

JohnCravenRocks · 27/02/2013 15:21

Can it be hip if everyone is wearing them?

OP posts:
Kikithecat · 27/02/2013 15:26

I like them and have some v similar from M&S.

However my taste in shoes is always at odds with 90% of MNers!

impty · 27/02/2013 15:26

if you do want them wait a while they have sale item written all over them Grin

And no the pink will not look better esp if you have the complextion of the average brit.

Sorry..
