H&M? They used to have loads, quite nice ones too.

New Look are normally cheap and surprisingly good quality.

M&S have some nice ones actually. here and here, but maybe not clumpy enough.

i bought some really nice pairs in newlook...
took all of them back bar

and they arnt as high as they look!
(you can even wear them with trainer socks in the winter!)
