Wondering if anyone has seen a cheaper version of these in a 8. I really like them but they are a bit tighter than I wanted and I think they are quite dear for what will probably be this summer only. Thanks for any help (although have looked loads online)

My hairdresser told me she got some nice ones in that colour from M & co. She is young and fashionable, I haven't seen them.

LynetteScavo · 18/06/2012 21:43

I got some from H&M.

Not quite sure what to wear with them, apart from a white shirt.

Nospringflower · 18/06/2012 21:58

I saw them on the h&m website but they don't have my size. I got a top in oasis which looked nice with them (I thought!). Couldn't see it on website but was mainly white with a few large coloured bird patterns on it (better than that sounds Smile)

Nospringflower · 18/06/2012 22:17

Thanks Nymet but not blue enough! Looked at http://www.zara.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product/uk/en/zara-S2012/189506/825582 these which aren't much bluer but are also out of stock Sad

I've got some royal blue skinnies from dorothy Perkins-got them last year though. Just had a look on their website and can't see anything as bright but not sure if it's the pic-might be worth going in store? Were cheap, have washed well, fab colour and nice fit.

Matalan

DizzyCow63 · 18/06/2012 22:36

I got some for £11 in Primark, have worn and washed surprisingly well.

Nospringflower · 18/06/2012 22:40

Think I might try the m&co ones although have never been in one before. If they're good enough for a hairdress tho Wink

Asos are good for that kind of thing. These are all £28 so bit of a bargain.

They have cornflower blue

and 'rich blue'

These are the best colour match but are only in petite

They also have some cheap mondays high waisted ones in a royal blue for £49.

ForwardOcho · 18/06/2012 22:54

I have the Dotty P ones in an 8. It took 6 or 7 wears for me to ease them in and I am now afraid to wash them cos they'll wash in and I'll have to do it all again. Anyway, i'm done with them, so you can have them if you want. PM me if you do.

Nospringflower · 18/06/2012 22:55

I really like those cornflower blue ones so might give them a try Smile

The M&S 5 pocket jeggings are the business - can't believe how well the fit - I ended up buying 3 pairs in different colours - £22.50 is a total bargain.

girlgonemild · 18/06/2012 23:04

Ooo yes I liked the cornflower too :)

Wasn't sure that was quite the right colour but gorgeous anyway...I'd get them myself just need to loose the baby bump!

youjusthaventearnedityetbaby · 19/06/2012 00:34

I've got some M&S jeggings... I love them... I'm going back for the bright blue ones!
SpringGoddess... I might just end up with 3 pairs too :)

bunionscomingsoon · 19/06/2012 08:51

I have the M & Co ones in that colour ( says in a whisper!) not too skinny tight but not baggy around the bum either ok for the money - -Smile

Northernexile · 19/06/2012 08:58

I could have started this thread! I have been thinking about getting something similar myself, and these are the ones I think I will go for.

www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B005VYS2DC/ref=s9_simh_gw_p193_d2_g193_i1?pf_rd_m=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE&pf_rd_s=center-2&pf_rd_r=1Z2EHTG3HSVP9VSSEN0N&pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=467128533&pf_rd_i=468294

They are pretty cool in the bright green too, but don't think I'm brave enough for that. Depending on size/wash you can pick them up for £22, and should be decent quality?
