What is happening with Vie at Home

I have never used S&B threads before, but you glam ladies are the ony people I can ask, what is happening to Vie at Home? I have been completely unable to get the OSFB for ages, and now the website is having a 'makeover' so I cant check if it is back in stock (though they did say they would e-mail when it was back in stock but have heart nothing). When I say ages, a good 2-3 months since they had any in stock and it is supposedly their best seller.

I neeeeeed to know what is happening as the osfb was the only thing I found to hide the spots, blemishes, hairy top lip and single eyebrow slight imperfections I have.

TIA

AFAIK Virgin Vie/Vie at Home was sold out to someone who didn't know what they were doing and have since gone into receivership.

Best place for OSFB is eBay / Amazon at the moment.

HTH

I used to be a consultant for them too xx

I thought that too, really enjoyed being a consultant as well as I genuinely loved the products!

Just sold all of my old kit on eBay, made a decent amount too!!

Definite favourite of mine is OSFB in soft beige - covers a multitude of sins ANC makes me look vaguely human in seconds for the school run!!!

Ignore ANC, should say and!!!!

It is ivory for me, dead to human in 2 minutes flat! Grin I didn't think of amazon, will give it a go, I keep missing out on the ebay ones :(

Omg really???

That's shocking. I only have honey ones left and they're well too dark for me and my deathly complexion pale pasty skin!!

Stick them on ebay Babylon even partially used ones are going well!

Wow, shocking prices - looks like I'm going to have to find a substitute in the very near future Sad

Never had anything quite like it though.

I heard they'd gone into receivership

Well that's the thing, I sold some of the other vv make up as new without tags and was very careful to mention they were ex demo party kit in the description, but as soon as you try to list any face powder type thing that isn't brand new with tags, eBay seem to come down like a ton of bricks Sad as it's against their rules. I got a warning for it before Sad

What I will do is go and have a hunt around and see exactly what I've got and report back here!

I'll happily pass on what I've got at less than catalogue price as a) they'll have been used as demos and b) I cannot abide hoiking up prices just because you can get away with it Angry

I also don't charge ridiculous postage costs like some of the ebayers do Sad

I looked too, grossly inflated priced which j find abominable Angry

I'll see what I've got and IIRC the refills were £11.25 each?

If I've got any which are saleable, I'll happily let them go for a fiver a piece plus 60p postage x

Right,

I've got an alabaster, an ivory, a honey and a caramel, no soft beige though Sad

They're the original ones in the demo face book, if anyone's interested, either post up here or pm me, but if you pm post up too as I rarely connect via PC and can't see PMs on iPhone!!
