where is the best place to get decent leggings?

and don't say leggings are naff! with my corned beef legs, i cannot go bare legged in summer, so need something for the one month of the year in which i can't wear my 40 denier black opaque tights!

so, where is the best place to buy leggings that won't go that horrible thin way or go all wrinkly?

I have found Boden leggings to be far superior to any others. I've had two pairs that I've worn almost daily for the past year Grin and they are still good as new

i saw a link to some boden ones, but they seemed really strange at the bum. though maybe different to the ones you've got.

Mint Velvet. Unquestionably the most fantastic leggings Ive ever bought. Deep waistband you can wear flat (so sort of highwaisted) or fold over. Tiny bit of ruching at ankle, really thick cotton. £15 but there are often 20% off codes around

I too live in Boden leggings, and as I've said before, I'm not a Boden gal! They fit well, wash really well, don't go baggy at the bum or knees and are plenty long enough.

Warehouse ones are good. Top shop, river island ones are thin, go baggy and get holes in quickly.

voila: the HG of leggings: mobile.mintvelvet.co.uk/leggings/dept/fcp-category/mobile-categorylist?resetFilters=true

you WILL love them and replace a repeat order. i've got the slate (grey) and the chocolate ones. the navy are so dark they're basically black.

btw, any finders fee is due to gilly not me

I quite like topshop ones, they've always lasted me well.

Miss Selfridge however is definitely to be avoided, unless you want a hole in the bum after one wear!! Very embarrasing!

White stuff?! I've just invested in two pairs for 30quid and they are fab! I even got a compliment from someone "ooo nice leggings".

I am a size 16 but found their leggings generous so have recently bought a pair of size 14 and these fit very well.

I've got mint velvet ones and within 25 steps they're hanging down a la m c hammer. Seriously drive me mad, I've been known to year them off and shout. They're shite and I bought two pairs and took the labels off before the problem became apparent

American apparel ones are the best by a country mile

Gillybobs I award you Thanks Thanks This afternoon i purchased two pairs of the black Mint V. I am long of body AND long of leg. I need to wear leggings for comfort for work but I am constantly dashing round / on my feet all day which means I'm always hoiking & pulling. These are the first 'highwaisted' leggings I've come across. They shall receive a test drive tomorrow. I may be shallow enough to say, they could be life altering!! Wink (in my little world, anyhow)
I hope they don't go mc hammer on me!
