What's the best mascara you've ever used?

Have tried a few- Max Factor, Maybelline, No 7 etc but never found one I massively rate.

They all make the same claims- bigger, thicker, longer, false eyelash effect etc, but do any of them actually deliver?

Not much of a concensus but there are billions out there. Should have said in the op am a cheapskate, so YSL may be pushing the boat out slightly....anyone else rate Maybelline Falsies?

I hate the thick heavy false lash effect (bit fake tan, French mani, TOWIE style) but like length. Currently I love givenchy with the orb applicator
