I fell for it.

I fell for Brand Alley.

I admit it: I wanted Jaeger silk/cashmere sweaters down from £120 to £35.

It wasn't until the money had departed my account and I noticed that I can expect delivery between now and December the 7th that I went online and read reviews...

It's like, the WORST reviews of anything I've ever read ever. Apparently things turn up MONTHS later and it's the wrong order and you can't get through to customer services and you never see your money again

SOMEONE please tell me it sometimes works out all right?!

I bought some Ghost bedding on Brand Alley. The stuff took ages to turn up but it did in the end. But I did unsubscribe after that.

I bought some magic pants through them last year. Very good service IMO. Got item right, delivered when they said it would be. Better than NEXT, ime.

They perhaps need to be a bit more upfront about the delivery times, but I had no problems. I seem to recall its to do with placing the quantity order after the sale ends, so they dont actually have it in stock when youre buying it. Either that or its something to do with bulk dispatch. Could be wrong though. I think the compromise is that its a bargain, so you have to wait a while. I would expect that moaning reviews are from people who haven't read the small print. I haven't used it again purely because I haven't seen anything that I wanted.

I've used them several times. The stuff does take ages but I've not had any problems other than that. It always come eventually and it's always as described. I haven't needed to change anything. Don't worry - it's not a scam site or anything. It just takes a long time to deliver because of the way they operate.

I lie! I bought some Miss Sixty jeans from them too. They were a right bargain but I ended up ebaying them as I would never be able to fit my backside in them. That was my problem, not BrandAlley's.

I had a little work bonus you see, and wanted to get some of those 'classics' everyone talks about, and thought some amazing cashmere would do the job. Just as long as they come before Christmas, that's the main thing...

I bought a lot of gifts from them last Xmas in November, they arrived in January... I unsubscribed!

Fret ye not! I bought a jacket from there and by the time it arrived I'd changed my mind . Sent it back for a refund and had no problems.

Am in the same boat- ordered a Jaeger necklace and then noticed the delivery date was 2 months hence.

Will let you know if/when it arrives...

I always get suckered in and order stuff. It does take ages to arrive, but always within the time stated on their order. They also text you or email you to let you know the exact day and time for delivery.
Some of their stuff does have 'available now' on them, prob cos of all the complaints.
I've only ordered stuff I'm not in a rush for.
have returned a few things and always get prompt refunds.
'like' them on FB and you get sneak previews of upcoming deals.

It takes ages but I have had some amazing bargains, and the customer service is excellent ime. I have had tons from them actually

I've ordered from them and they were very good. BUT I only order the stuff that says "Immediate Despatch" as I'm shite at waiting for anything and I like immediate satisfaction from my splurging!

Don't use it to buy Christmas presents! if you're not in a hurry then it is great

i've used them before and never had a problem. when an item was going to be delayed they kept me well informed via email about delivery and it was only 2-3 days later than advertised.

Refunds have always been swift too. I would only order if i wasn't in a mad rush for the items and certainly wouldn't risk Xmas presents.

I think you lot all need to go and post some positive online reviews, because honestly chaps, you've never ever seen something so bad-mouthed as Brand Alley and sounds a bit like they don't deserve it.

Yes but they've gone in all snatchy and grabby to get a bargain and not read the terms and conditions of delivery....ergo their fault?

Just been on brand alley and my orders are now being prepared for shipping, so hopefully they'll be sent soon.

I've had two orders from them - two pairs of Seven FAM jeans for me (intending to return one, both perfect)

Just recently got DH a gorgeous Ted Baker coat and wallet.

They DO take a while to arrive but fantastic bargains, and all good stuff!

I ordered a bra from them and it took a while to arrive but did come when they said it would. It broke (underwire came through) so I had go send it back and they were great. Fast response, quick and full refund, easy to send it back. I was pretty impressed tbh.
