<sigh> Brand Alley Madness

I fell for it.

I fell for Brand Alley.

I admit it: I wanted Jaeger silk/cashmere sweaters down from £120 to £35.

It wasn't until the money had departed my account and I noticed that I can expect delivery between now and December the 7th that I went online and read reviews...

It's like, the WORST reviews of anything I've ever read ever. Apparently things turn up MONTHS later and it's the wrong order and you can't get through to customer services and you never see your money again

SOMEONE please tell me it sometimes works out all right?!

When I have had issues, they have always been resolved but I vow never to order from them again as they take ages to deliver, so much so that I had to cancel one order as my DH needed a shirt for his holidays and 4 weeks later, it still hadn't arrived.

I'm honestly surprised they are so badly rated, I bloody LOVE Brandalley. Yes, stuff takes ages to arrive but they are upfront about it.

I frequently get hit with buyer's remorse and cancel the order a month later - and they let me! And I once ordered some Burts Bees stuff and one of the items was wrong. When I contacted them about it, they refunded me for the entire order. Really can't fault them.

Total rip off over 30 days to receive the wrong set of knives. Ordered red set got stainless steel of lesser quality, all in plain white packaging with no Branding at all. 40 minutes to get through to customer service as the returns advise stated it would cost £4.50 out of the refund not happy eventually accepted that I was not going to pay for the returns as they supplied the wrong item. Against the Sales of Goods as 'Not as described' and the Distance Seller Regulations.
Poor poor poor service, poor items, poor service, poor delivery avoid at all costs, the item supplied to me a cheap set of knives valued about £5 instead of the £250 they stated they were worth. TOTAL RIP OFF
FAKE ITEMS POOR SERVICE LONG DELIVERIES POOR REFUND POLICY
