They're ridiculous, impractical and I will break my ankle. But....oooh.... pretty

blondiemermaid · 07/09/2011 20:47

there gorgeous (sigh)

ChickensHaveNoEyebrows · 07/09/2011 20:49

I want them. I never wear heels (already 5' 9") and I'm generally a comfort kind of woman. But, ooooh.....pretty......

cheesesarnie · 07/09/2011 20:51

pretty!i love heeled boots but dont know if i could drive in heels?

ChickensHaveNoEyebrows · 07/09/2011 20:53

These are strutting boots. Or possibly dominatrix boots. I would just pose in them. But I won't because I am not going to buy them. No.

They are lovely. Buy them.

sloggies · 07/09/2011 20:56

I have been known to buy things like this, not be able to walk in them, and then sell them on ebay....

DrNortherner · 07/09/2011 21:00

I have some similar in grey from M&S (last year) I LOVE them.

cheesesarnie · 07/09/2011 21:02

do it Grin

ChickensHaveNoEyebrows · 07/09/2011 21:04

See, you're all missing the point. I need talking out of the boots. Sloggies has come the closest to giving a negative, but even then she appears to be saying that if I have difficulty walking in the pretty boots, I can flog them. So it all sounds a bit win win. Try harder. Tell me I'll look like an aging hooker in them. Or that my cankles will overfloweth.

OP posts:
sloggies · 07/09/2011 21:07

No, the woman you sell them to on ebay will be a PITA, and you will wonder why you bothered.

DrNortherner · 07/09/2011 21:07

OK.

OMG. They are vile. Disgusting. How will you do the school run in them? You won't be able to do up the zip (cankles) and they will be no good for your varicose veins. Be sensible and get a nice pair of comfy crocs instead.

KirstyJC · 07/09/2011 21:07

I thought 'hooker' when I saw them, tbh.

An expensive one, mind. Perhaps one that, erm, 'specialises'? Is that the look you're after? Grin

sloggies · 07/09/2011 21:08

I do not consider myself medically qualified, therefore cannot comment on your real or imagined cankles.

ChickensHaveNoEyebrows · 07/09/2011 21:08

That's better, ladies. More bile, please

Although...crocs, Dr? You go too far, madam

ChickensHaveNoEyebrows · 07/09/2011 21:10

(I actually have fucking amazing legs, even if I do say so myself. Once we get arse ways and upwards it gets a bit more....interesting geology wise)

Fo0ffyShmooffer · 07/09/2011 21:11

DON'T BUY THOSE BOOTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(Do, do buy them, they are fab Grin)

nancythursday · 07/09/2011 21:12

Buy them they're pretty... if you can't walk in them, just wear them round the house?

FellatioNelson · 07/09/2011 21:13

Chickens Angry Now listen here: Step away from the lovely boots. They will not be comfortable and you probably don't need them. You could spend that £112 on something much more appropriate. Like, erm.....like...

mollycuddles · 07/09/2011 21:14

Ok. Kurt Geiger are not worth the money IME. I had a pair once and only wore them about 5 times before they completely fell apart.

Ok this was because the bloody puppy got hold of them after dd1 had borrowed them from my cupboard but still ...

blondiemermaid · 07/09/2011 21:19

ive tried and tried but cant think of any reason why me you shouldnt buy them and trot about in them lil beauts. even the thought of just standing still as soooo couldnt walk in them doesnt put me off shouldnt put you off Grin

ChickensHaveNoEyebrows · 07/09/2011 21:21

ChickensHaveNoEyebrows · 07/09/2011 21:30
